"It's just another one of those days, you know? You can't be bothered to get up in case something happens. You don't want to go into college because you're afraid of the confrontation of the people around you. Everyone's eyes feel like they're staring straight through you. Yeah, it's one of those days" April mutters to herself, as she walks to college, followed by a cloud of emotions, neither negative or positive.

April walks into her class, and begins to slouch in her seat. "April. Are we still at home? Sit up properly, girl!" The teacher shouts. She grunts, and drags herself into an upright position. "Better?" She replies. The teacher lets out an agitated grunt, and sits down again. A classmate sitting near April begins to whisper to his friend, who then begins to whisper to another friend, all whilst staring at April. "What? You got an issue?" She mutters to them. The students quickly shut up, and begin to shake in fear. April watches their actions with confusion, "what are they so afraid of?" She thinks to herself. One student becomes so unsettled, and runs out of the room. "I'm just going to check on him, Miss" April says as she quickly jolts out of the room. April follows the boy until he reaches the bathroom. She checks to see if anybody is watching, and then walks in after him. She walks in to see the boys fist smashing into the mirror, trickling with blood. "You know, I've heard stories over my years. And apparently, my father used to do the same thing when he couldn't control his power. You're a Kaimen, aren't you?" She explains. The boy lowers his fist, and begins to flare a pair of bright brown eyes, followed by a grey, clear aura. "What would you know about Kaimen? And what's it to you anyways?!"He responds, as he throws his fist towards April. She moves out of the way quickly, and presses the boys head against the wall. "If it means you can't control the power? It means quite a lot to me, and my family. I have family that have fought with Gods and you can't even control your own basic power?!" April spits at him, before letting the boy go slowly. He gets back to his feet, and mutters, "my name is Brad. I lost my parents at a young age, so I've been trying to bring myself up under the belief that I was the last of my kind. That's why I can't control it" he explains. April puts her hand on his shoulder. "I can teach you. Although, it looks as though I have no choice but to do just that. You're gonna get us all killed if you can't control it" she explains with a grin. Brad gets back to his feet, and smiles at April. "Thank you" he whispers. "Don't get soppy one me, it's disgusting. But, I guess you're welcome" April replies.

Whilst all of this is happening, Krystal is walking home after a visit to the local graveyard, when she is interrupted by a hand over her mouth, dragging her behind a building. "Shhh, stay quiet. Don't say a word. Don't scream. Don't shout. I will kill you right here. Take this envelope, take it to Skylar. I'm going to let you go now, do NOT turn around" the person whispers, as an envelope is planted in Krystal's hands. She begins to run away, breathing extremely heavily. After running for a few minutes, she opens the door, and slams it shut again, falling to the floor and breaking down on the spot. Skylar runs through the door, and begins to try and comfort her, before picking up the envelope with the word "SKYLAR" written across it. "Come in and sit down Krystal,  you're always welcome here. I'll get you some tissues, and something to drink, then we'll see what this is" Skylar says, looking at the envelope. The two of them sit down at a table, and stare at the envelope for a minute. "You don't know who gave you this? Absolutely no idea on the voice?" Skylar asks. Krystal shakes her head, still shaken up by the encounter. "It's okay Krystal, don't worry about it. You're safe here" she explains. Skylar grabs the envelope, and walks towards the windows as she opens the envelope. As she stares at what's inside, energy begins to shoot out of her. "Skylar? What's wrong?" Krystal asks. "Nothing. It's nothing. It can't be. It's some sick joke, I don't think you should see this" Skylar explains, as she walks out of the room with the contents of the envelope in hand. Skylar falls to her knees, tears running down her face. Krystal takes the envelope from under her hands to reveal an image of a person standing in a dark room, with one shining silver eye, with a quote that reads 'So you must be ready, because the God of War will come at an hour you do not expect him'. Krystal throws the envelope across the room, and begins to comfort Skylar. "Auntie Sky?" April says, shortly after walking in from college. Skylar gets to her feet, and wipes her eyes. "Hey there pipsqueak. Don't worry about me, just having a silly moment. How was college?" She asks. "That's what I wanted to talk to you about actually. There's a new boy called Brad" April explains. Skylar giggles, "I knew you'd be breaking hearts left, right, and centre". April looks at her and continues, "he's a Kaimen.." Skylar quickly stands up, and her eyes widen, before turning to Krystal. "That's not possible April. We are the only ones left in our universe" Skylar explains. "I watched his eyes and aura glow like ours, he explained it all to me. He IS a Kaimen" April argues, before storming off to her room. "You think this is just some freak coincidence? That letter, and now another Kaimen?" Skylar asks Krystal. "Not in the slightest. Something is going on" Krystal replies. Skylar stares at the letter once again, and stares into the silver eye in the image.
