Miraculous Vs. Spidergirl

Chapter 32

Two hours passed when I took the miraculous from Master Fu. I checked almost every inch of the city, but there was no sign of him. I remembered that I haven't checked the Paris's football stadium.

Reflexly I tried to shoot a web when I jumped, but I only fell on the ground.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Loki couldn't stop laughing at me.

"What's so funny you dummy?" I was annoyed for a moment.

"Nothing...." he was still giggleing.

I stood up and jumped. The stadium was not that far from where I was. I heard someone yell "She's back!", was that for me? I jumped on one of the reflectors and inspected every inch of the stadium from above.

"Something is suspicious in here..." I mumbeled to myself.

"Just be carefull!" Loki added.

"I will!" I sneaked through the seats while I gazed at the other side of the stadium.

I could feel someone was there. And I was right. A dark sillouete attacked me from behind knocking me down on my knees. Fast I sat up and looked around myself. I was surrounded by rockets, guns, pistols, swords, knifes, bombs and other weapons.

"Volpina!" I yelled not daring to move.

"I see you finally decided to show up and save your little friend Ladywolf!" she laughed evilishly.

"You're so cringe..." I couldn't resist myself, even Loki laughed so hard at that.

"Should I call you Ladywolf or you prefer by your real name?" Volpina grinned.

"I don't care, release Peter, now!" I yelled at her.

"Oops, sweetie, he is not with me!"

"Where is he?!"

"I will tell you, but i'm gonna need something in return..." she turned around, probably had an evil grin on her face.

"What do you want?" I said annoyingly.

"Ladybug and Chat Noir's miraculous!"

"Woooooooow HOW ORIGINAL!"

"Do we have a deal?" she offered me her hand.

I was about to shake hands with her, but then looked straight in her eyes. One thing got on my mind: Illusion.

"Like i'm gonna fall for it!" I said and took my boomerang and threw it on the weapons that surrounded me and then everything dissapeared. Even Volpina was an illusion.

Carefully i wandered around stadium looking for Volpina. If I can find her, I can find Peter. I thought.

I heard an explosion on the stadium, close to the place where I was. I ran thowards and saw a hall. I followed the path and found a footprints. At this time, I knew it was some sort a trap, but I followed it anyway.

It lead to the Eiffel tower?! This was definetly an illusion. The sky was bloody red, and the grass was yellow. The birds ran through the streets and the dogs and cats were flying.

"Welcome to hell." I whispered to myself.

"Walk, you mortal!" Loki added with a deep playfull voice.

"Shut up." I said annoyingly.

Volpina was standing on top of the Eiffel tower gazing and smirking at me like she made it to pull me right into her trap. She showed me Peter's cage hanging in the air, one move of her hand and he'll fall down.

"What do you want from him?!" I yelled stepping forward.

"From him? Nothing!" She grinned evilishly. "But, there's one thing I want!"

"Spit it!"

"I want you to tell me who are Ladybug and Chat Noir!"

"HA! LIKE I'M EVER GONNA TELL YOU!" I threw my boomerang to see if the cage with Peter unconscious was real or illusion. It hit the cage and came back to my hand. It was real.

"You're so lame! And you think you can defeat me? Sorry to dissapoint you, but you can't! I'm a lot stronger than you. I can be everywhere!" then she multiplied herself everywhere and hid somwhere in the crowd of her doubles.

I took a boomerang and prepared myself to destroy every clone so I can find the real one. I threw it, and until it comes back, i hit the clones that were attacking me.

"LUCKY CHARM!" I heard the noice from behind. Ladybug and Chat Noir appeared from the hall i came through and joined me. Ladybug got boomerang, and it was for me.

"Aww thanks!" I took it and now I had two of them. I threw them in different directions and they were destroying one by one clone. While I was fighting with crowd of Volpinas, Ladybug and Chat Noir went to release Peter from the cage.

I woke up in the hospital room. My roommate was Peter laying on the other side of the room.

I blinked few times trying to remember what happened. Yep, I got knocked down by real Volpina. But how did Ladybug and Chat Noir defeat her?

Someone knocked on the door and without hesitation entered the room. The nurse wanted me to come with her to check on something.

The doctor took a test for my brain to see if there's any damage done when I was knocked down. Everything was clear.

"Everything is good Miss Jackson, but I'm afraid that your fried will take more time to heal. He is a fast healer, but the damage is big. His memories are mixed up and slowly comming back. Don't worry, he'll be fine." Doctor comforted me.

I just nodded in response and nurse took me back to my room.

"I'll help you pack your things, and you're free to go." she smiled gently.

"Thanks..." I just stood and gazed at Peter. I couldn't move myself to do anything.

"You heard the doctor. He will be fine, he just need some time to heal." I turned my head to the nurse who allready packed everything for me.

"Ooh... Sorry!"

"No, don't worry! It's okay! Go home now and rest." She smiled.

"Can I have some alone time with him first?" I asked.

"Ofcourse. Your friends are waiting for you downstairs." she said and left.

I took a chair and sat next to Peters bed. "I'm gonna miss you... If you can hear me or maybe remember me, I want you to know that I love you, I always have... I'm leaving tomorrow, so we won't see eachother again exept our path colides... I'm sorry it has to end like this..." I leaned close to his face and pecked his lips. With tears, I took my backpack and opened the door.

"Goodbye..." I whispered and closed the door.
