Voldemort's Reign

An Explanation

Since the Battle of Hogwarts, things weren't the same. Here, in a world where Voldemort rules, happiness is rare. The duel between Harry and Voldemort ended in Voldemort suceeding. Harry was still alive, but weakened.

Because Harry had been a horcrux, Voldemort was able to suceed. Even though the horcrux had been destroyed,  it had left a tiny imprint on Harry. The scar. The scar had been was linked Harry and Voldemort together. Being this, the scar allowed Voldemort to access Harry's mind and show him a memory of scene, such as the one he showed Harry in the Order of the Pheonix of Sirius being tortured in the Department of Mysteries.

Voldemort had shown Harry memories of the deaths of his friends who had died for him. Memories of his parents, of Sirius and Dumbledore, of Dobby, Fred, Tonks, and Lupin. The memories both distracted Harry and weakened hom, leaving the duel  so that it was clear who would win.

Suprisingly, Voldemort didn't kill Harry. He couldn't have. Harry was too determined to live for that. Harry may have been weakened by the memories, but he was still a strong, determined person.

And so Voldemort took control. Hogwarts was full of torture, as it was when Snape and the Carrows had been there. The Ministry was continuing to punish muggleborns. Voldemort had eventually decided on becoming the Minister of Magic himself, instead of using another as a "puppet" such as what was done with Pius Thicknesse. You cannot resist, you cannot break the rules. The consequences are too severe.

This story will have parts from the point of view of Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, and Luna.  Each character tells a different story. Harry's is about his life as a prisoner of Voldemort, Ron's about how he managed to, using a large stock of stolen polyjuice potion, become a ministry worker, in hopes to find a way to save his friends, Hermione's about the things happening to muggleborns, Ginny's about her life in hiding from Voldemort, and Luna's about what's happening at Hogwarts, where Luna was forced to work at as a "Junior Instructor".

United together, they woukd chance to beat Voldemort once and for all. But alome and weakened, there only chance is to find each other...
