Ron's POV

I know that I am lucky, to be able to have escaped. When Voldemort's reign began, I managed to escape. I had Harry's invisibility cloak, which he had no chance of getting. Using the cloak, I had snuck into Hogwarts, making my way into the old potion's classroom. I found a small room, filled with ready-made potions. I found what I was looking for, several large bottles of polyjuice potion.

And since then, I have been using the potion to disguise myself as a ministry worker. The ministry is full of people, almost all of which had been death eaters, so it was fairly easy to kill one of them and take a several strands of hair. I don't know what I will do when the potion runs out, but I'll figure it out when I get closer to that time.

As for the invisibility cloak, I passed it on to Ginny, allowing her to escape. I wish Hermione could have been there, so I could have given it to her, so I would know she would be safe. But she had been taken, captured, because of her blood status. The last time I saw her was at the Battle of Hogwarts. I don't know how she is, or where she is. I was hoping that, by coming to the ministry, I might see her here, because this is where they ...deal with muggleborns. In other words, where they kill them

All muggleborns and blood traitors have been sentenced to death. They have a trial, for each one, but all that does it decide how painful of a death they get. The one's who say what the ministry wants get a quick death by the killing curse. Others aren't so lucky.

And knowing since they know that Hermione is a very good friend of Harry's and a leader in the war against Voldemort, no matter what she says in her trial, she won't get the mercy of a quick death. They will torture her until she dies. And I can't let that happen.
