It's been a week since my encounter with Damian and things, I guess I'll just say they're not okay. Lola has been freaking out all day about what to wear and what to say and make sure she doesn't make a fool out of herself when she meets Storm at the game tonight.
Since Temi isn't around, I have to pick out her clothes and I'm seriously stressed. Thinking of what screams casual, in my opinion, is sweats and a baggy shirt, to hide my fats though.
But Lola is skinny, like a goddess and if I pick that out, June would definitely disown me as her sister. It's true, she can do it.
So instead, I'm Facetiming Macy on what to pick out for the game tonight. Macy, has the same fashion sense as me, but I guess she's better since she could actually come up with white skinny jeans and Storm's jersey with a jacket that says 'bleh!' at the back.
Smart, real smart.
The outfit is really cute but still, Lola is a nervous mess.
"Look at me." I say when Chase parks outside the stadium. She lets out a shaky breath and turns to me. I place my hands on her shoulder and shake her lightly.
"He's your boyfriend!"
"Was actually." She mutters, looking down.
"Whatever, it's not the end of the world you know, it's going to be fine." I say and she looks at me.
"But what if he doesn't want me again, I mean nobody wants me so I wouldn't be surprised if he-"
And smack!
Her mouth hangs open and she stares at me with wide eyes. Yes, I just slapped her, but that was because she was freaking out over nothing. And I'm not so good with people rambling because of how they aren't enough or something, it's frustrating.
"You good now?" I ask and she nods, her face a little red. We start towards the stadium and I blow out a breath.
Let's get this show done!

So Storm's team won, and he's getting interviewed and I'm trying to do damage control here. Lola is freaking out. That's just to say the least.
"What if he doesn't recognize me again? What if he doesn't want me? What if he's already dating someone else and she's here?" She panics, breathing fast. I roll my eyes and shove her shoulder.
"Stand up, go to him and talk, probably kiss him, whatever, he loves you, always have, always will! Now go, before I attack you with my mad ninja skills." I growl and her eyes widen, standing up abruptly.
I watch as she crosses onto the court, the coach yelling at her as she rushes to him. He still has his back to her, unknown to him that she is rushing to get to him.
I watch in anticipation, clutching my hands to my chest as she taps his shoulder.
He turns around, his brows furrowed on confusion, I stand up, my mouth hung open as I take in a sharp breath. His eyes widen as they focus on Lola, his jaw slack. He blinks in shock as she waves and mutters something to him.
I think he snapped out of it as he grabs her by her waist, staring into her eyes before leaning in and smashing his lips against hers.
"Yes! YES! YESYESYESYESYESYESYESYESYES!" I scream at the top of my voice and run down, hitting people out of the way. I jump onto the court and run up to them, jumping up and down while clapping my hands.
She pulls away and he rests his forehead against hers, smiling like a fool. I clear my throat and his eyes leave her, focusing on me. He rolls his eyes, letting out a laugh and holding her waist while he side hugs me.
