Sasha's pic^^ Beep Beep Beep Urghhh!!! I hate alarms. I reach for the alarm clock and switch it off without opening my eyes. I lie on my bed for about five seconds before shooting out of bed. Shit! I have a discussion and I'm now late. Thank God it's now a Friday, this week has gone painfully slow. I dash to the bathroom to clean up. Usually I would take long in the bathroom but I can't watse anymore time. I rush out if the bathroom to get ready. Luckily for me, I picked out my outfit yesterday night. A short grey skirt, long sleeved dark blue turtle neck top and high heeled black boots.

I don't bother to put makeup knowing I can do that later. I grab my school bag and rush down stairs. Since breakfast is a no for me today, I grab an apple and orange juice before heading to my car. Getting to school takes me about ten minutes, I drop a few things I don't need right now in my locker, apply a little mascara and clear lip gloss before heading to the library where Dave is waiting for me. Dave is my English project partner, we have to write a love poem that will be presented in front of the class. Him and I have gotten close in the past days mainly because of swimming. I joined the swim team on my second day of school, I'm that good, not showing off. I learnt that Dave is captain boys' swim team. He is actually really nice unlike his friends. Very funny and childish too but he can be serious when a situation calls for it.
"Morning Dave," I greet before taking my sit next to him. "Hurray, my Sunshine finally arrives. " I roll my eyes at his comment. "So let's get started, shall we? " I ask him. " Straight to business I see, " he replies. "Dude I'm serious about my grades." " Talking of grades, where do you want to go to college? " he asks. " Don't you think it's too early to be talking about college? " I reply. "It's never too early, it's good to have things planned ahead you know, so that you are not stranded when the time comes. " he tells me in a very serious tone. " You know for a person who is always speaking nonsense, you sound so mature right now. " I tell him looking at him in shock. "Oh, you wound me Sunshine, "he says clutching his chest feigning pain. I roll my eyes and he chuckles. "Anyway, I already wrote our poem, you can have a look and let me know what you think, " he says giving me his notebook. "Who knew David Williams was hard working, " I tease him gently pinching his nose. "I'm serious about my grades, " he replies with the same statement I told him earlier. I chuckle and proceed to read the poem out loud.
I walked into that classroom and my eyes fell on you. But how our destinies would cross paths, no one knows. Walking up to you with no specific intention. I was quite surprised by the affection. You convinced me you had no feelings for me but it didn't change my love for you. I couldn't possibly believe that your flirting meant nothing. But I'm glad you finally confessed that you had feelings for me too. I felt all different emotions at once. With your confession, I had gained the entire world in an instant. And nothing could ever make me forget it. Because I never thought that walking into that class, on the very first day. That girl in the front row, with brown eyes..... Would ever make me feel this way.
