My death

Apparently I have to do a disclaimer thing. So I do not Percy Jackson, or Heroes of Olympus. This whole series belongs to RICK RIORDAN!

FLASHBACK

I looked into her stormy grey eyes as she smiled. Her hair the beautiful dirty blonde it always was. The way her nose crinkled always made me feel good. " What" She asked pulling some of her strand hair away from her beautiful face.

" Nothing... you're just beatiful." She started to blush. She shoved me on my shoulder.

" Hey do you know how much longer until we get there?" Annabeth asked as I sat down on a log. We were headed to New Rome, to start our future together. I wondered if our luggage was already there? Well we did decide to walk, go through the forest and what not.

" About another 45 minutes." I said getting up. We started up a conversation about what classes we would take. Then Annabeth stopped all of he sudden and out her hand in front of me. " What?" I looked around and then I heard it, the crunching of a branch. Actually tons of them. I turned my head to the back of us and still saw nothing.

" WHOS THERE!?!" Annabeth yelled. A couple of seconds later a kid came out dragging a sword across the leaves leaving them to follow behind him. The kid was a little shorter than me. Pretty tan, and had red converse. The pants he was wearing were black with ripped holes. His eyes were sunken in and a sickly purple color. I turned my head towards Annabeth and she shook her head telling me not to do what I was about to do.

" Hey are you okay?" I asked walking towards him and totally ignoring Annabeth.

He muttered something. "What?" Annabeth asked walking up to us.

" I said... I'm sorry I have to so this Mr. Jackson." He said very shakily and you would to think I would be scared or nervous but I was curious to see why he was sorry.

" Why are you sorry?" I asked tilting my head. Then I heard some more branches crunching. The kid collapsed but I caught him in my arms.

" The boy did not lie." An old voice croaked. An older man came out from the shadows and started waking towards us.

" Who are you?" Annabeth asked. I knew she was scared. I could tell, not just from her expression but I could almost feel her emotions. Sometimes it was creepy because I didn't know if she could feel mine or not.

" I'm here to do a task. A task that should've happened during that big war that had just ended." And with that he and a whole army to what it seems came forwards. I tried to grab riptide but it fell from my hand because the boy I was holding moved. He breathed a heavy breath and rolled out of my arms. I could just tell he was dead. It was sad really but I was still very confused on why there is a whole army by me and Annabeth. If only then that I had known there's a whole ton of chaos ahead of us all.

" Percy I think we should get going like now." Annabeth said looking at me worriedly. Just then two huge men things took her arms and held her down. I tried to get to her. But some more bull men came to me and held my arms so I couldn't move. " HEY LET US GO!" Annabeth kicked and thrashed trying to break-free.

" What do you want?" I asked trying to wiggle out if their grip. But it was no use.

" Let us-" Annabeth got cut off by my scream. I felt a shot of pain shoot through me. I looked down and saw a celestial bronze blade going through my stomach. Surprisingly the pain went away pretty quick. It just felt like a shot. I tried pulling the blade out. I glanced at Annabeth trying to tell her I was sorry. Her face paled to a sickly color. " Percy!" She yelled. When I turned my head back to the old man who had pushed the blade through me he was gone. Actually everyone was gone, even the boy who had died or so I thought. I stumbled backwards and pushed the sword out if my stomach.

" Uhh!" I grunted. The sword fell to the ground with a thud. I felt the pain now. I was about to fall backwards but Annabeth caught me just in time.

" Percy..." Annabeth choked on her sobs. I couldn't stand seeing her this way. I put my hand on her cheek and managed to wipe away her tears. She just smiled and kissed my forehead.

" Anna- Annabeth," I choked out.

" Yes Percy?" She said stroking my hair. I felt like letting go, as if I was getting pulled. I knew I had to tell her I loved her before...

" I-I love you." I could feel something coming up my throat. As it hit my tongue I knew it was blood. I coughed some up and felt it trickle down my neck.

" Percy, I love you to." I stared at her smile. It was so beautiful that I couldn't help but smile my self but themat ended quickly with a stinging pain coming from my gut. " No! No! You won't die!" She said as she got up and gently dragged me over to a tree and set my back up against it.

" What are you gonna do?" I asked trying to avoid throwing up all the blood that was coming from my mouth. I could feel all my blood going to my chest.

" Take the rest of the blade out." She tore my shirt from where the wound was. " This is going to hurt a little bit." She said as she dug her hands into my wound. I could feel the coldness of her hands. She grabbed something and tried pulling it out.

" Ahh!!" I yelled. I couldn't help myself. The pain burned like the River of Styx but a 20 times worse.

" Sorry." she said looking into my eyes. I remember staring into her eyes and my whole body just shutting down. I heard say my name but then nothing just black, I had blacked out.

-------------2 hours later----------

Death

" Are you sure you want to me captain of the strongest army in the universe" Chaos said and he mumbled the last part but I was still able to hear him" It is the hardest thing to do." I didn't know what to say. There he was, Chaos, asking me to become the second strongest person in the universe after him! Wow, it would also give me a chance at life!

" Yes. I will take your offer and will do whatever you ask... Master." I got down on one knee and bowed. He laughed and told me to get up.

" Percy follow. We are gonna give you the powers you deserve and bring your life back." I couldn't help but follow. I tried clapping my hands together but they went through each other. Gosh I hate being a ghost.

After Chaos gave me some power he told me to wake up.

Done dreaming

" Ahhhh!" An urge of pain shot through me like getting struck by Zeus's lightning bolt. I looked at my clothes and saw that my body was smoking and my clothes had burnt holes in them. My arm hairs were singed off.

" Percy?" A family voice asked. Annabeth. Not just Annabeth but my mom, Nico, Jason, Leo, Piper, Hazel, Frank, and even Chiron. They all looked shocked.

" Haha! I knew it would work. Now get up and let's get training my boy." I turned around to see Chaos. Man I was surprised to see him, and why he wanted to train me so quick. I all of the sudden felt dizzy and fell back in the bed and once again shut my eyes from disbelief that it ACTUALLY happened.
