Yuki's POV:

As we make our way back to the village I remember what my sister has said to me before about Sesshomaru. "Listen if you ever come meet inuyasha brother please be carful. He's not the kindest demon like inuyasha". I stare at Sesshomaru has her words continue to run throughout my mind. 'How can he be heartless?', I smile but it goes away when I see him stop and stare at me. "Are you alright?", he questions me. I glare at him and then blush, "yes I'm alright!". I cross my arms. The demon turns back around and continues to walk toward the village. I let out a soft sigh and continue to walk. 'Now I understand, it's like he can't stand people that smile!'.
As we make our way back to the village I can hear my stomach begin to grumble. I think Sesshomaru has heard it as well because he stops and stares at me. He lets out a big sigh, "Jaken.". Jaken stops and panics, "Y-Yes Mi'lord?!". Sesshomaru looks around and spots a lake, "there is a lake over there. I want you to go fishing.". Jaken nods and takes off like his life depended on it. I can't help but laugh as the small imp runs away. I stop laughing because I can feel a cold-hearted demon giving me glares. "What's so funny?", he says to me with no expression. I put my head down as a small form of blush appears on my face, "well- I just thought it was funny how jaken runs..". Sesshomaru looks at me and then at Jaken, as he tries to catch fish, he smiles, "Jaken is funny looking.". I laugh at his response. We make our way over to the lake and sit down by the fire Jaken has created for us. As we wait for the fish Jaken has caught to be cooked I look up in the clouds and try to guess what they look like. 'That looks like a bat', "mi'lord the fish I done!!". Jaken yells and I sit up grabbing a stick with a fish on it. We all begin to chow down on the meat. I stare up at Sesshomaru and see he isn't eating. I grab a stick with a fish on it and walk over to him and try to give it to him. The dog demon looks up at me then turns his head. I sigh, "just eat the damn fish Sesshomaru.". Jakens eyes widen and before he could say anything he gets glared down by Sesshomaru. Jaken barries his face down into his fish. Sesshomaru takes the fish out out of my hands and eats it. I smile and go back over to finish my fish.
As we finish eating our fish we continue back to the village. I let out a sigh has my legs start to cramp up. I look at Sesshomaru and see his not in a mood to stop again. I push through the pain and continue to walk. We continue to walk and Sesshomaru looks back at me and stops. I don't notice Sesshomaru stop til he picks me up in his arms. My eyes widen and I look up into his eyes. "If you were hurting you could of said something", I looked away embarrassed. "I didn't think you wanted to stop again..". He sighs and begins to walk. "I didn't want to rest again so I will just carry you.", I look up at him and smile. I place a kiss on his cheek, he looks away and grins, "thank you Sesshomaru". I lay my head on his shoulder til we make it back to the village.

Sesshomaru's POV:

We continue to make our way back to Kaedes village, still holding Yuki in my arms. Her body is so small and fragile in my arms. As we make it through the forest we see the tree my brother was pinned down to all those years ago. I let out a sigh and Yuki looks up at me, "is everything alright Sesshomaru? If you want me to walk I think I can walk now". I look at the tree and back to her, "this is where my brother, inuyasha was shot and killed at. Til your sister brought him back.".
I see her eyes widen, "wow! That's so cool.". I let out a smile, and set her down on the ground. She begins to get her balance back and jumps up and down. "Yup I can walk!", she says with a smile. I grin at her and continue to walk, "good you were heavy". I can see her mouth drop and she run up behind me and hits me in back of the head. "FOR YOUR INFORMATION I AM NOT THAT HEAVY", she crosses her arms and walks away. I sigh and walk along side her. Jaken standing still in complete shock that I let her live after that. If it wasn't for the fact she's Kagomes sister I would have killed her for it.
We make it back to the village and I see Rin standing there smiling. "LORD SESSHOMARU!". Everyone looks at me, Rin runs up to me and everyone soon follows behind her and notices Yuki. "Hello Rin", I pat her on the head. I see Yuki run up to Kagome and hug her tightly. "Kagome I was so scared!!", Kagome starts to cry as well. "I am sorry I let that happen to you Yuki! I was so worried". Yuki wipes her eyes and smiles, she looks back at me, "Sesshomaru saved me". Everyone's eyes widen and star at me. Inuyasha laughs and I give him a cold stare as Kagome hits him upside the head and walks up to me. She gives me a hug, "thank you Sesshomaru for protecting her". I look away and nod. Rin jumps up on my back and laughs, "So are you staying for awhile Lord Sesshomaru?!". I look at Rin and then to Yuki, I can feel my face start to heat up when I look at her. I put Rin down on the ground and sigh, "I will stay". Rin jumps up in the air in excitement cheering that I am staying. I turn from Yuki trying to understand these feelings in my chest.

Wow!! I can't believe I actually made a long chapter haha!! But thank you all for being so patient and for 8k views I am so surprised how this blew up when I was away!!
