⠀⠀⠀⠀Days went by uncounted as my days being forced to stay in the Teiko mansion began when I was caught. Sigh, what an annoying mess I've gotten myself in. This beats staying in the Mizuka clan or slaving off the streets, but it has it's own downs. For instance, I'm trapped here. Everyday was the same routine; going to do random things in the I.U. room, eating with the others, taking a hot spring bath with Satsuki, going to sleep. I've already learned which herbs are poisonous and benefiting.

⠀⠀⠀⠀I was in the I.U. room when loud footsteps vibrated the wooden flooring as well as the ceiling. The door slowly slid open as Kise and Aomine stood there in their turqoise haoris and two swords clung to their waists each. Aomine crossed his arms as he looked impatient, and Kise was goofy as usual. "Azaleacchi! Akashicchi asked us to bring you on our patrol today~!"

⠀⠀⠀⠀The next thing I knew, I was being dragged off to the main gate of the mansion with a bunch of smelly men with the smell of sake lingering faintly in the air. 'Why am I even here?' I murmurred. Though it was long since I've seen the outside world; I'm not allowed to leave without permission, apparently. All of the 18 men who were about to set out wore the standard turqoise haori that read Teiko and each had either one or two swords buckled and within reach. The gate opened and creaked rather loudly as they began pouring out of the gate like water out of a broken dam.

⠀⠀⠀⠀As I have heard before, Teiko constantly conducts patrols to maintain the safety of the area other than facing off samurais endlessly before earning the title 'The Undefeatable Teiko' with their 'Tiger Generals' also known as The Generation of Miracles. Though a long tima ago, I have a vague memory of the area outside of the mansion since I was dragged here.

⠀⠀⠀⠀The samurais walked neatly in rows, with Akashi in the front, Kise and Aomine behind him, and me beside them. Oh, what an annoying journey I've been dragged into. We walked the pathways of the streets lined with stalls and shops selling various things from hair pins to musical intruments, dango to rice cakes. Many people were on the streets at the time, but they somehow cleared the way for us to pass by. Some stopped to stare, some continued on their daily lives trading and walking. Whispers sounded in the air which sounded like rumours. After catching a few of the rumours, I realised they weren't good at all. The silent atmosphere of the streets due to fear and anxiety of the townspeople enabled the samurai's footsteps to practically roar in the air amidst the whistling whispers of the occasional breeze and hissing background of wavering leaves upon thin and unstable branches. The pin-drop silence made it seem as if the only noise in the world at this point of time was the near-silent marches of the men and their every breaths. They seem to be more uniformed and disciplined today. Is it because Akashi is here?

⠀⠀⠀⠀My two hands met each other behind my back as I walked ahead with the group, constantly glancing around the perimeters of the streets and the array of stalls present for sales. There was little things that could attract me, but my gaze was captured by a small hair pin that resonated with a sleek shine. It was light pink, the hue of cherry blossoms. It was a rather small item, but carried a huge presence with it's abnormality. I stared at it for quite a number of minutes and had to avert my gaze to run and catch up with the group since I paused to stare. The crisp air of autumn blew by again, it seemed that winter would be fast approaching. Dragged out in a hurry, it seemed that I had absentmindedly left my lavender hued haori back in my room. Though the kimono I had on was rather thick, it was of no match against the freezing chills. I was walking next to Kise when he suddenly made a big movement and slid his haori off and draped it around me. I stopped and stared upwards at him after he did so with a confused look. "Kise?" I asked as one hand held onto the left central end of the cloth. "You're cold, aren't you?" He said, smiling down at me. "Thank you," I muttered.
