Chapter 7~ Medal Presentation and Surprise

Lillie's POV
It has been a few hours of watching everyone compete and that took hours. I was sitting and taking who knows how much photos and recording of the team and they did really good. The team come up to see there supporters and we congratulate them even though they didn't get there medals yet. I walk over to Emillie and she looked like a lost puppy but she was happy.

"Hey well done Emi" I say and hug her and she hugs back obviously.

"Thank, It so much better with you here been my supporter even though Maria is my adopted mum for the week! Emillie giggles and I laugh.

"Hello supporter and competes. We would like all team to come down for medal presentation and we have surprise for all of you" The manger says. The team leaves and we wave goodbye.

Shaun's POV
We have finished the competition which started at 12:30pm and now it has finished at 5pm. We all go down to the mat and see a stage with 3 steps lower than each other and each step said "1st, 2end or 3rd" All the teams arrive and Austin goes on stage with a microphone.

"Hello this is the medal presentation stage and we will present you with a metal Bronze as 3rd, Silver as 2end and Gold as 1st! Austin announced. He hand the microphone to a woman with blonde hair and a says "first of all hi my name Marisa and I'll be presenting Your metals so let's get started? 12-16 boys Indervidual poomsae" the lady says. The boys for Indervidual stand together with there hands around each others shoulder or waist. "in 3rd place with a 5.9 is Simon Smalls, 2end place with a 7.4 is Peter Water and in 1st place who got a one higher point with a 8.9 is Nicholas Price! Marisa announced and yells on all the names. The crowd goes wild and Kiara, Emillie, Elektra and Maryella jump up and down. The 3 boys walk up and stand on there step with Nicholas standing on the highest one. The boys get a photon and jump off while the girls for Indervidual stand up and hold hands.

"in 3rd place with a 5.9 is Grace Kingston, 2end place with a 7.4 is Kiara Evans and in 1st place who got a one higher point with a 8.9 is Emillie McSweeney! Marisa announced and yells on all the names with the crowd going wild again. The 3 girls run up and get there metals and get a photo.

"Paired poomsae 3rd with a 6.8 is pair of The vale, 2end with a 7.7 is pair of The Cool Kids and 1st with a 9.9 is pair of Summer Fire" Marisa announced and yells on all the names with the crowd going wild again. The 3 teams run up and get there metals and get a photo. They come back and Kiara, Elektra and Maryella hug Emillie and Nicholas to death.

"Team poomsae 2end place with a 9.8 is Star Champion and 1st place with a 9.9 is Eminem" Marisa announced. The 2 teams run up and get there metals and get a photo. They come back with a big smiles on there face and suddenly I see Emillie holding two medal they were gold and she gave each of one to Maryella and Elektra "even though you didn't win you deserve an award" Emillie smiles and I nod.

"Congratulations all of you but we still have a surprise now this surprise is a once in a lifetime opportunity so I'll explain! Every year a boy and girl from the 12-16 level guess award with a scholarship to Perth for an interview and a nice holiday even though you have school we want you to take this it will expire next Monday so you have 4 days to decide and you must take your coach or coaches. This award only goes to the National Champion of 2014 in the world. You are all one but not in the world your only in Sydney. So if you would please congratulate these to people? Marisa says excitedly.

"The National Champion for the world is two young and intelligent teenagers. They are from Victoria and go to Halls Taekwondo Tullamarine both of them so I present this award to" she pauses and it was a long drum roll "EMILLIE MCSWEENEY AND NICHOLAS PRICE" Marisa screams and we jump up and down and I think Emillie almost fainted but she didn't. They run up and to the stage and hug Marisa. Marisa hands the microphone to Nicholas and he says "Wow thanks this is great. I don't know what to say but thank you this has been an amazing experience and boys in Indervidual you did terrific and all of you guy thanks for giving me tips and support" Nicholas hands microphone to Emillie and she walk forward and says "As Nicholas said thank you this is such a surprise and I would just like to say thank you everyone and most importantly for our coach Shaun Parker. I think with out you as a coach I wouldn't be here right now thank you so much. Also I would like to thank you to our supporters and I think I have more confidence now than before thanks to the team but most importantly my two best friends Lillie Jackson and Nicholas Price" Emillie says and until she gets to end she start to cry.

They get photos with some of the judges and coaches and run down to us. We all walk back to Maria and the others but when we get there we couldn't see Lillie.
