Chapter 15

Yeosang has become more confident since jongho pulled that stunt, he'd go to school dressed up and pretty and wouldn't face to many insults.

Most of the time he hung around jongho but now it was time for their performance they had practiced and produced the song at a surprising rate, it was a song called say my name.

Yeosang met up with jongho at the end of his street and they walked to school together. Once they arrived at school they separated to go to their first classes.

They had pe last so they just kept practicing as much as they could. Lunch came around and they decided to have a light lunch to make sure they don't have an upset stomach for pe.

Throughout lunch time they chatted about silly things, gossiped about some people and played jokes on one another. It was some lighthearted fun before they had to get serious.

As the bell went Yeosang started getting nervous, he wasn't sure why but he just was. Jongho noticed and raised an eyebrow.

"are you OK?" he asked and yeosang just nodded.
"yeah just a little nervous" Yeosang admitted and jongho nodded.
"well let's hope we are one of the first to go so you don't have to worry about it alot." he reassured and yeosang nodded.

They walked into the class and greeted the teacher.
"OK class head to the lockers and get changed be bavk here in ten minutes." the teacher said and everyone left to the lockers, the school had lots of small locker rooms so the groups all separated and took a locker room for themselves.

Yeosang and his group were quick to change and were the first to show up. They sat in some chairs the teacher had set out while they were changing and waited for the others to arrive, so to pass the time they tried to push off their nerves with each other.

Twenty minutes later everyone had arrived and the teacher was angry they took forever but didn't say anything, you could tell by her face anyway.

"now that your all here, ill tell you the order
First.........
Last to perform will be ateez, cool name by the way" the teacher chuckled and they nodded with awkward smiles.

"of course miss" hongjoong said and the teacher gave the mics to the first group.
"forty minutes after it was finally time for ateez and finally the last performance.

After they performed everyone was awestruck, the level they performed at was that of professionals and no one expected that from this group thinking having the popular kids with the woerd group wouldn't work, but to their surprise it did and works so well together.

Ateez went of stage and drank some water before sitting down.
"OK so now that everyone's donee there's only five minutes left of class so you can go home early." the teacher said smiling and chuckling at the cheers of the students, everyone rushed out and changed before heading home.

The teacher just smirked and looked at the clock.
" poor kids so gullible "she said with a chuckle. The clock said it was five to four, about five minutes before time to leave but she made them believe there was ten minutes as the five in class and the five minutes students have to leave the building.

Yeosang went home happy and smiling. Once he got home he was greeted by his parents bringing him in a warm hug. He didn't realise what was going on before seeing the balloons and the cake in the kitchen. His eyes widened, he had totally forgot it was his birthday today since he was so worried about the performance.

"oh! I forgot its my birthday" he said with a coy grin his parents just laughed and led him into the kitchen where he blew out his candles and they had cake.

"we're having family over because we are going out for a meal, your friends can come too as long as they behave." his mom said and he grinned before quickly texting the group chat.

"where are we going?" he asked and his father just grinned.
"it's a secret just tell them to come here and to bring enough cars for all seven of them." is all he got for an answer before he shrugged and texted that before digging into more cake and his presents.

They had two hours to kill before it was time for their family to show up so they watched movies.

They watched Mulan, train to busan and a few episodes of crash landing on you. Since yeosang was into all these.

After the hours passed, they realised their family wasn't here yet so his father rang up the family and founf out there was an accident on the street blocking the whole area.

This made his father walk outside and up the street a little. So yeosang and his mother did as well. They found the accident and saw it was big. Most of it was cleared but it would take about twenty minutes to clear the rest.

So they waited with their family as it was cleared before returning home and getting ready to leave, yeosang friends arrived a minute later and off they went to the restaurant.

Once there yeosang realised it was a buffet which is why his friends were allowed. He giggled at the realisation before finding their seats and waiting for his parents to pay for them all before getting the food.

Yunho and mingi had plates at least the size of their heads when they returned and yeosnag kept his to small portions and had a lot of them. Hongjoong and seonghwa were to busy feeding each other so most of their food turned cold but they didn't seem to care.

Yeosangs family asked him a multitude of questions and answered his questions to catch up with whats happening since he hasn't seen them for a few months. He eagerly answered their questions before everyone just ate. He opened the presents from his friends and other family, thanking them and putting them away before finishing up.

All together the large group had about eight helpings each, yes, they have big appetites. After returning home and saying goodbye to his family and friends yeosnag went to shower before collapsing on his bed.

His parents just chuckled and put away his things for them before getting him under the covers and putting his phone on charge. They then showered and changed before going to bed themselves.

Today was amazing.
