I got dressed and headed out the house trying to keep my head down as I often did, going to the bus stop and waiting.
As I did my phone went off so I grabbed it
Tommy - hey hun, what are you up to this morning?
As well as some others, I smiled and answered
Lina- just heading to my PO box
Tommy- aww, Don't open the one I got you on stream Tonight x I'll call you before so we can open it in private ❤️❤️
Lina- okay Tom x
Once the bus came I found a seat and sat with my headphones on for a good while heading a couple towns over. Once I got there I got off heading to the post office
"Hey can I get to my post box please?" I asked at the desk
"Ohh yeah name?" He says
"Y/n" I answered so he lead me back to the boxes until he saw my key and number
"Oooh your number 43? Yeah we have a overflowing bin" he says as I got the few parcels out the box and he wheeled out bin that contained an almost mail bag worth of parcels
"I keep forgetting to empty it, sorry. Not sure how I'm going to get this lot home" I sighed "it's fine, I'll get a taxi" I sighed gathering everything up and grabbing a taxi when I got outside.
It was expensive but there way no way I could carry it all on the bus, so as soon as I got in I began taking things out the boxes all the little parcels inside sitting them on the side with the notes from who they were from ready for the stream tonight, once I found the one from Tommy I put it to the side the box was big and very heavy so I put it on my bed and continued with the boxes.
As soon as I had done them all I got cosy in bed and got the one from Tom giving him a call as he had asked me too it rang for a while until at last he picked up
"Oh hi honey" he says sounding a little different
"You okay?" I asked
"Yeah why?" He asked sounding a little distracted
"You normally answer on the first ring? And you sound a little off that's all?"
"Oh, I'm in my car" he laughs "I was driving I pulled over so I could answer" he says
"Did you want me to-" I asked
"No, it's okay you took longer than I expected, I needed milk" he explained
"There was more in my box then I imagined" I answered
"Well you're a popular girl" he laughs "so? Are you going to open your present?"
"If I can?"
"Of course you can" he smiled I smiled and began gently opening the box the first thing I saw was a fluffy cat plushie
"Awww he's so soft" I smiled hugging it close "he's a fluffy little kitty" I smiled
"I thought you'd like it, Maybe I'll see it on your bed when you stream tonight" he suggested
"Maybe" I giggled putting the plushie on my bed and getting the next thing three or four bars of chocolate tied together with string "awww thank you" I giggled
"Your welcome, I know you like your chocolate" he laughs I put them down and keep digging finding more candy, some fancy bath bombs and bubble bath, then I found some painkillers which confused me
"What are the painkillers for?" I asked a little worried
"I know a certain...time is coming" he says
"How do you know that?" I asked
"Because you take the same week off every month, I kinda just assumed" he laughs
"Aww that's sweet of you Tommy"
"Your welcome" he says "okay there should be just...one more thing in there"
There was, it was a long thin white box with red string
"What's in this one?" I asked curiously
"Open, and find out honey" he smirked
