It's been a week since Senshi and I talked...well more like argued. I haven't been myself, just sulking around, eating ice cream and crying myself to sleep...the usual. Belle as been trying to lighten my mood but nothing was working. Senshi still came to school but, he began to hang out with different people. "C'mon Annie! Lets go, we have to go. Just three more weeks, you don't want to be late oday." Belle groaned.
I yanked back my blankie and bundled up under my covers into a burito "what's the point? We graduate in 3 weeks, no exams or anything." She rolled her eyes and put her hands on her hips "We have a practical exam that we need to do in the labs for next week. Get up and come on." I rolled right off my bed and landed on the floor with a thund. I dragged myself to my bathroom and took a shower before brushing my teeth.
I put on a hoodie and some sweatpants, shows my bad mood but its comfy. I put my hair in a messy bun and put on my sneakers. "there, are you happy?" She nodded and dragged me out of the apartment and we took a taxi to the institute. As we arrived, I saw someone very familiar "Alejandro?" I said as we got to the man. He turned to me and smiled, he loked relieved? "Anela, thank goodness we found you." I frowned "we?" I looked to the side and saw Kai and another man that I've never seen.
"who are you?" I ask, pointing to the unknown man. He smiled nervously "Ciao, I'm Nico Mancini. One of Alejandro and Senshi's friends, sorry I couldn't meet you before." I flinched at Senshi's name but smiled as brightly as I could "Oh well it's noice to meet you Nico. Nice to see You again, Alejandro and Kai." "uh- who are they?" Belle asked confusedly. "These" I began, "are Senshi's friends who are also modified humans- I'm sorry, stronger and non-pathetic humans."
They glanced at eachother before Kai stepped towards me "Listen An, we're sorry on his behalf. He didn't mean any of those stuff, trust me. He was just angry about leaving you so early, he lo-" Nico slapped his hand over Kai's mouth to stop him from talking "Non. Lui glielo dirà da solo." (Don't. He will tell her on his own time.) Alejandro glanced at me and smiled awkwardly "we kind of need you help; with Senshi. He hasn't came out of his room for the past 3 days, he's not answering his phone or talking to any of us. I know you're the only one who get him out."
Belle stepped in front of me "I'm sorry, she is currently heartbroken if you can't already see that. This is the first time I got her out of the house for the last 3 days and if she sees him again it'll be worse." I put my hand on her shoulder and shook my head "I'll do it for them, I'm not going to let him suffer despite what he said. He's their friend, I'll help a friend's friend anyday." She huffed and glared at Alejandro while he just blushed. I guess he likes her, heh can't related.

They all made our way to the carpark and into Alejandro's Jeep. He started the van and drove onto the road towards Brookstown, where Senshi's apartment was. It took about 15 minutes, 15 minutes of awkwards silence and Kai trying to lighten the mood but miserabley failing. As Alejandro parked right out of the building and I scurried out of the suffocating atmoshpere. We entered his apartment to see Christian and another man sitting on the living room sofa, both looking wary.
Christian got up as soon as he saw me and hugged me "Anela, you're here. I didn't think you'd come, please help us. We've never seen him like this, not even when his mother died." I cast my gaze to the floor and just nodded. The unknown man next to him smiled "Bonjour, I'm Bastien Clair. We didn't meet last time because Nico and I had to be somewhere but, here we are." I smiled at him politely, "wel it's nice to meet you." I noticed that Nico and Bastien seemed slightly older than Alejandro, Christian, Senshi, Belle and I.
I looked up at them hesitantly, "so...where is he?" "oh right, come." Chris chuckled nervously. I followed him to Senshi's room, "iin there" he mumbled before scurrying back to the living room. I took a deep breath to steady myself before I knocked on the door. "Senshi? Hey, it's Anela. I know that I'm probably the last person you want to see right now but, Alejandro asked me to do this. C'mon out and talk to us, what's up? You're clearly not okay, they're your friends...we're you friends. You can tell us anything, remember?"
No answer, hmm. "Senshi I-" I sigh, but continue "I'm really sorry for what I said the other day on rooftop. I was angry and sad that you were leaving so soon. I mean, come on, everyone says things they don't mean when they're angry. After you left, I realised I wasn't supposed to argue because you were doing your duty but, enjoy whatever little time we have left together. I was being selfish and possesive and it wasn't nice of me. I know you might not forgive me but just... just think about it, okay?" As I was about to leave, I heard the door open and before I could register what was going on, I was pulled into his room.
He wrapped his arms around me and buried his face in my neck, "I'm sorry, I'm so so sorry Annie. I shouldn't have said all those things about you or your problems it was wrong of me. I was just angry that we couldn't stay together forever. I never meant to say that, I'm really sorry." He sounded like he was on the verge of tears. I returned the hug and rubbed my hand up and down his back comfortingly. "remember when I said that I'd die for our planet?" He pulled away slightly and I nodded, he smiled weakly "I actually meant that...I'd die for you. I- I really like you Anela and, leaving in the next three week sis not doing me any good. I wish I could spend my entire life with youbut Mr. Dallas has other plans. I really really like you, love maybe, you dont have to-"
He had said enough, I had heard enough. I grabbed the color of his t-shirt and yanked it towrads me, crashing my lips on his.
