"Aye! Look who it is!"

Senshi and I emerged into the living room, everyone smiled at us. "You finally got the old troll out of his stinky lair." Bastien teased. Senshi rolled his eyes and sat down on the sofa, "listen guys, I'm really sorry I gave y'all a hard time for the past few days. Um- something had happened and I was just...regretting it very much, thinking that that I had hurt someone and ruined our friendship. I dragged you into my personal problems and I'm terribly sorry about that."

Belle looked at me questioningly and I nodded, indicating that everything between us was okay. Kai stepped forward, "Senshi it's glad to have you back. Nothing is personal with us, just remember that; we're all family." He nodded sheepishly, "thanks guys, for everything." Alejandro whispered something in Nico's ear and he snickered. "Anela, what did you tell Senshi to get him out of his room? We tried everything and he didn't budge nor talk, you both seem awfully close." 

My eyes widened and I shifted away slightly, "uh- what do you mean? I just told him that everyone was worried about him and that he could tell us what the problem was and we could help him..." Bastien studied us, "if you guys just talked about that then why are you red?" My hands instantly flew to my cheeks and they were indeed hot, thankfully, Belle interupted him "okay okay enough, just tell me who you guys are exactly."

Alejandro stood along with the rest of his friends, "This is Christian, our Hispanic jokester. Kai, our chinese baby; still in high school. Nico, the oldest and great snipper and hand-to-hand combat guy. Bastien, the second oldest but most mature and great at analyzing battle plans- uh I mean studing maps, yeah. And, I'm Alejandro, the strongest out of all of us." He stated proudly. Belle looked at him unimpressed but nodded. There was a very awkward silence in the room, no one dared to talk. 

"So how have you guys been?" I ask nervously. I don't really know why I was nervous but it was really awkward. "Our little baby kai has a girlfriend now~" Christian cooed while poking Kai's red cheeks. I smiled cheekily "Oh really now? Do we have to give KaiKai 'the talk?'" Kai frowned "whats that?" Nico leaned over and whispered something in his ear. His face scrunched up in disgust as he pulled away from Nico "ew! Guys, leave me alone; I'm only fifteen." Belle smirked, "Fifteen? I l-" I slapped my hand over her mouth, "spare us the details. Please, a minor is present." 

We all laughed and teased eachother for the rest of they day until night. "We've been here since morning, I missed classes because of you guys." Belle huffed while looking at he watch. Alejandro looked at her and asked hopefully "do you want me to take you home? I can drive you on my way back to my apartment." She shrugged, "fine, come on Annie." I glanced at the boy and he gave me a hopeful look; "actually. I'm going to stay for a while, you can go." She looked at me confusedly before yawning "alright fine. I'll see you at class tomorrow." I nodded and she and Alejandro exited the apartment. 

"Movie?" Bastien suggested and when everyone agreed, he went onto Netflix and pulled up an action movie, Extraction or something like that. The guys seemed really into it and talking about do's and don'ts in the movie while I was just lost. These guys whole life had revolved and has been all about war so I don't blame them. One by one, they guys began to leave until it was only Senshi and I. We haven't exactly talked about what happened in his room earlier that day, mainly because I was too shy to mention it but hey, you can't blame me. 

Once the forth movie we had put on finished, it was 11:04 pm. "I should get home, I have a lot of classes tomorrow." I say, getting up and dusting my pants. He nodded and picked up some empty soda bottles while I threw away some snack papers. "Thanks." he mumbled, not exactly looking at me. I got my phone and headed to his door, "good night." He put on some sneakers and grabbed some keys, "you think I was gonna let you go home by yourself? I'm not that rude you know." I rolled my eyes and we got to his car.

He started is car and drove towards my apartment, suddenly I remembered something "hey can you just drop me off at a convenient store? I need to get some stuff and I could walk home from there." He raised an eyebrow at me, "I also need to grab a few things from the store. I could help you with your stuff, I don't mind." I shrug and we continue in silence. Soon we pulled into the empty car-park of a 24 hour convenient store. We hopped out and went hunting for our stuff, I had a list saved on my phone and I had gotten everything except cereal. I went to the correct lane and saw my favourite box on the top shelf. 

I huffed, stretched but huffed in defeat when I couldn't get it. I hopped but still was unable to get it, looking around, I saw no one to help me. I hopped again and this time, the tips of my fingers brushed the colourful box. "Almost got it..." I mumble. As I stretch again, I feel an arm snake around my waist and a hard body press against the back of mine. I froze, what's happening? The person's hand reached up with ease and retrieved the box of cereal before chuckling "you're so cute when you struggle, must be a shame being so short." a deep voice whispered into my ear, one I instantly recognised as Senshi's. 

Chills run down my back as I spun around to face him with a scowl, "I'm not short, I'm only 5'4." He smirked "proves my point, you're under average height of a woman." I scoff, "well it must be nice being 6'1 doesn't it?" He just laughed and let go of me, "C'mon, lets go scan our stuff." I nod and we go to the cashier. As he lazily scan the items, the urge for me to use the bathroom hit me. "uh- Senshi, I have to use the bathroom. Can you pay for all this and I'll give you the money later?" He nodded and I asked the cashier where the bathroom was. He handed my a key "on the outside on the left." he says in a bored tone. 

I thank him and skip out the store and follow his directions to the door on the side. The bathroom is clean and smelling of cleaning detergents, over the years, hygiene and cleaning products have been upgraded so now its cleaner than the 2000's. I finish my business and exit the bathroom, locking the door with the key. As I was about to return it, I hear a bottle rolling behind me. I spin around and see no one but a dark creepy alley, a shiver curses through my veins and I turn to walk back into the store. "Anela Valerie Noel, daughter of Karen and Jarvis-Anderson Noel." 

I freeze, the scary voice sounded behind me. I slowly turn around to see a tall man around my age standing near a dumpster. He had on undercut on his straight black hair with silver streaks running through them. His eyes were an odd green and he looked around 6'0. He had a very long blade in one hand and a hand gun in the other. I took a step back and he smiled evilly, "Hmm I didn't believe them when they said Senshi scored a pretty one, you are one beauty."  My hand began to shake lightly, "w-who are you? What do you want from me?" 

He stalked towards me, backing me up against the wall and traced my neck with his dagger, "hmm such clear and clean skin. Such an angelic voice too, imagine it screaming my name-" "who are you?" I interrupt his sick daydream. He dipped his head and I felt his lips trace from my colorbone, to neck, from my jaw to my ear "I am Theadore Daley, I want Senshi dead and you in my bed, shouting my name." I shuddered and shook him off me, "Who  sent you?" He chuckled "well you aren't as stupid as you look, I'd give you that." 

I struggle to get away, "let me go-" "Anela? You back there?" Senshi's voice rung. I glanced at Theadore to see his face dark but he backed off of me and whispered "Sleep with one eye open tonight. Prince Street, Building Sleep; apartment 15. I know where you live, say anything about this to your lover boy and I will kill you." Then he disappeared down the alley. "Anela? You okay?" Senshi says behind me. I turn around with wide eyes "yes. I'm fine, lets go." I rush past him and return the key before getting into Senshi's car and he started it. 

He held my wrist before pulling onto the road "Are you sure you're okay? Why did you take so long?" I bit my lip and force a smile, feeling my heart speed up "I-I fine. There was just a...cat. Yeah, a cat." He narrowed his eyes at me before nodding and driving off. I hope he doesn't find out about Theadore Daley..whoever he is.
