Double update!!

Senshi and I strolled trough the lush and green park. We saw little children running around playing and giving there parents hell. I smile at the sight, I wonder if I was going to be a good mother in the future? What about the father of my kid, who would he be? "Hey An, what was your childhood like? Did you ever go to the park and stuff like that?" Senshi's voice pulled me out of my thoughts. I look at him and he was looking at the children running around happily, "well, yes and no. I did everything a child could do at their age, ride a bike, climb a tree, go to the park, bathe at the beach, go on a family vacation etcetera. But it wasn't very enjoyable, my parents would always argue about slightest things; what about you?"

He sighed as we sat on a near-by bench, "well I didn't get to do any of those but I was treated nicely. My parents argued but I never knew, I never really saw how scared my mum was of my dad. As I said before, I grew up in an apartment sized room, nothing was fun." I pat his back in comfort "I guess neither of us had the childhood we really wanted. But at least we're both safe and having the time of our life right now." He looked at me and smiled before hugging me "Yes, thank you for reminding me to not dwell on the past Annie." I laughed and shoved him playfully "stop being so cheesey Mr. Lets go get that ice cream." 

He laughed and dashed toward the ice cream cart yelling "race you!" over his shoulder. I raced after him but due to his abilities and very long legs, he got there first. When I did, I was out of breath and Senshi was trying his hardest to hold in his laugh but I just glared at him. I turned to the ice cream man and smiled "Good afternoon sir, can I have two scoops of new York cheesecake ice cream." The man nodded and then turning to Senshi, "and for you?" He looked at me helplessly, he didn't know any flavors. "He'll have two scoops of cookies and cream." The man nodded and began to make our orders.

Senshi sent me a grateful look and took his cup. I payed for both our stuff, much to his dismay and we sat on the bench table on the side. "So how is your ice cream? Do you like it?" I ask, tilting my head. He grinned "this is the best thing I have ever tasted in my life. I will definitely try this ice cream in the future." I laugh at his reaction, how did his parents never give him ice  cream before? We enjoy our ice cream and chat about the most random things in the world. This was a great stress reliever, I should do this more often. When we finished our ice creams, we threw them in the trash can and began to walk back to Senshi's car in silence. 

Suddenly, we were stopped by a little kid "Hewo." I glance at Senshi who looked as confused as I was "Hi?" The little girl looked between us and asked loudly "Are you two boyfriend and girlfriend?" We glanced at eachother and back at the child, laughing nervously "Uh- no?" The girl shrugged, "My mommy says that when a boy and a girl like eachother that they can be boyfriend and girlfriend. Don't you like eachother?" I look at Senshi with wide eyes, him having the same expression; shocked. "MELISSA!" A lady shouted. Our heads snapped to the side to see a woman in her late twenties running towards us.

The little girl who I guessed was Melissa, turned to the woman and pointed to us "Mommy they're boyfriend and girlfriend, look look." The woman ran and picked her up in her arms "I am so sorry, my babygirl is just very out of hand these days. Melissa didn't I didn't tell you not to leave my side?" The little girl looked at her mother guiltily "I'm sorry mommy." I laugh, "It's okay, she wasn't a bother to us anyway; a very pleasant little girl." The woman smiled "Oh thank you so much but we need to go. Good bye." We waved at them and got to Senshi's car "well that was awkward." Senshi mumbles and I agree, awkward indeed." 

The car ride is done in silence, the earlier encounter misting our thoughts. Did we really look like that to everyone else? how would it feel to really be his girlfriend, good I'm guessing. I blush at the thought and lean my head on the window, why am I thinking like this? I may have feelings for Senshi but I'm sure he has none for me. I'm shaken from my thoughts when the car stops in front of my apartment, we exist the car and take my stuff...heading up to my apartment. I put my shopping bags on my bed and head to my kitchen to see Senshi leaning on the kitchen island. 

"Do you want some coffee or tea?" I ask as I put my kettle of water to boil. He scrunches up his nose, "who like coffe? It's bitter." I chuckle "it will be if you don't put any sugar. Try some tea then." He nodded and I take two cups out of the top cabinet, bearly reaching it. "Stupid wall cupboards. So tall and I'm so short." I mumble to myself. Unfortunately, Senshi heard and laughed "You could've just asked for help." He pushed himself of the counter and reached for the cups with ease and set them right on the counter, sending me a wink. I grab the cups and grumble "show off." 

After pouring the water and making the tea, I have Senshi the green cup while pick up the blue one and take a sip "ah that tastes so good." I moan. He eyes me before blowing on it to cool it down, finally slurping loudly; making me cringe. I notice the smirk on his face and slap his shoulder playfully, "you did that on purpose you son of a gun." He laughed and sipped again before setting the cup down next to him "well the tea did taste good, I admit." I smile brightly "well thank you." then I sip again. Closing my eyes and savoring the taste, when I reopen them, I see Senshi looking at me instensely.

"what?" I ask nervously. His teddy bear brown eyes bore into my soul, breaking me down into shreds until met with my last atom. "S-senshi?" I whisper. He blinks, breaking out of his thoughts "ah sorry. I was just looking at your facial features, you're very cute." My eyes widen and I blush, looking away and walk around the island to sit on the other side "what's with you and the sudden compliments today?" He shrugs and finishes his cup of tea with a few gulps "I should go, Nico said he had something to show me when I got back." I nod "Okay, bye. Text me when you get home." 

He smiled and kissed my forehead "I will don't worry. See you tomorrow love." I nod and he left, closing my door with a soft click. I finish my cup of tea before washing both cups and putting them back into the cabinets. I lock my door and close all my windows before taking a shower. As I stepped out, I looked at myself in the mirror. My hazel eyes stared right back at me, my cheeks had a soft curve, giving me a baby face. My almond eyes and pump lips fit my face perfectly, my chocolate brown hair cascaded down my shoulders and onto my colorbone. I had many curves but I didn't wear any curves to make them noticable, making me forget all about them. 

I sigh and wrap a towel around my body and go into my bedroom, slipping into a tight tank top and short shorts before climbing into bed. As usual, I check my phone for any messages and see two. One from Senshi telling me that he got home and to have a good night and the other from Belle, telling me not to forget about our practical exam tomorrow in the labs. I sent both a good night text each and set my phone on the nightstand on the side. Soon, my eyes felt heavy and I drifted to a dreamless sleep.
