Chapter 6

Ken kissed me on my cheeks and pulled the chair near him. Feniel was seated beside me. I ignored Isaac's laugh in the corner mamatay sya kakatawa dyan. Mabulunan sana sya, letse!

"Good afternoon Doc Jin" we got up on our sits to greet our head.

"Enjoy your lunch. Oh y'all here, lets go to my office" she motioned them to her office.

"Bro?" Quiro look behind me. I turned my head and saw Juergen still standing near me. He stared at me for a while before sighing and going to Doc Jin's office. What......was that?

"He looks perfectly your type Cat! Omg! omg!"

"He had the same features like Pablo"

"Oh common don't be a grinch Ken. I know you like Pab for Cat but their story was ended correctly. Both parties agreed to it. Right, Cat?" I nodded to Feniel. We coincided to become friends at least, which I think was the best and hardest decision I ever made. Ken shook his head in disfavor.

Feniel shared her chicken barbecue when I asked where she get that, she started choking.

Ken open his tumbler and handed it to our friend. There are two tumblers handed to her I smirk as I saw Isaac's name on the other.

Feniel took Ken's tumbler and drank its water. Isaac hands still hanging holding his tumbler to Feniel. Feniel look at him and there I know her words will hurt him.

"No thanks po. I always prefer Ken more than anyone. In all aspects."

I held Isaac's hand to get his tumbler. I know he was shock and perharps trying to accept Feniel's words but I don't want him to look pitiful in front of our co-teachers I drank from his tumbler. I handed it back and thank him. He might have realized it now.

"No worries, Cat" he smiled shortly before going back to his sit.

"You're rude Feniel" Ken told her in a serious note.

"I'm not the Feniel you knew if I'm not" I know Feniel did that on purpose. She wants to cut Isaac's feelings for her. Its either he don't stand a chance or she already had set her eyes to someone.

"Just slowly Fen, slow down a bit okay? Isaac is a good guy he doesn't deserve that treatment just be considerate, okay?"

"I'll try" she said before eating again.

I volunteered to clean our bento box. Ken and Feniel were still talking about their students. I was about to leave when I heard Wendy and Shane my co-teachers silently gossiping what happened earlier.

"Grabe naman pagkapahiya ni Sir Isaac doon."

"Oo nga eh buti na lang tinanggap ni Ma'am Cat yung tumbler. Pero naguguluhan ako kung sino ba talaga girlfriend sa kanila ni Sir Ken."

I ignored their thoughts and leave. Juergen was sitting on my chair when I go back. He was happily talking to Ken and Feniel, while Quiro and Yco were eating beside Isaac.

Feniel waved at me. Nginitian ko sya at patuloy na naglakad.

"I'll go in the comfort room I have class after lunch eh. I'll leave you with Juergen hihi" she whispered and giggle.

"Ken let's go. I'm sorry Juergen but we have class after lunch. Anyway Cat have 3hours break time. She'll accompany you." ah what? she winked at me and mouthed good luck. This girl, she's giving me away.

"I'm sorry I had to sit on your chair. Your friend called me"

"Ah no it's okay. Have you eaten?"

"I just finished."

"Great! I will check the test papers of my students, do you want to lend  a hand or you have a class?"

"Its my long break time too. I'll help you" he got up from his sit and follow me on my table.

I motioned him to sit down. I turn my back to him to print another answer key and gave it to him after.

He look serious while checking the papers. He didn't even bother to glance in the answer key.

"I'm shy don't stare"

"Don't kid me. You look serious not shy."

"I'm trying to focus because I'm shy" he said still looking on the paper his checking.

"And why?" I raised my brow. He put down my pen and look at me shortly.

"Just because." he said trying to avoid my gaze. Weirded out I let it slide and check the papers too.

He excuse himself. We're done checking the papers of three sections isang section na lang at tapos na kami.  
I stretch my knuckles and check the papers again. Nakakahiya mas madami pa syang natapos kesa sa akin.

"Here." he handed me a cup of juice and a slice of blueberry cheesecake.

"Feniel mentioned blueberry cheesecake was your favorite so I bought one. Let's take a break I know your fingers might feel numb any minute now." he put a straw on my cup. My heart skip a beat I am touched by his gestures. How can he be so thoughtful?

"Juergen, thank you." I held his hand and thank him sincerely.
