After about 30 minutes everyone fell silent and went back into two seperate groups, The hogwarts side and the dark side. The dark mark slowly appeared in the sky and almost instantly Lord voldemort apparated into the middle of the two groups.
"where are they and why have i been summoned" You-know-who shouted and me and draco walk out from a corner each holding one of Harrys arms. Voldemort laughed, "well done my children"
Me and Draco look at eachother and almost in sync we exclaimed "whats in it for us, why do you have to be the one to kill him"
"give him to me my children"
Me and Draco stood infront of harry protecting him from the man whos wanted to murder him for the longest time. "What is in it for us" I yelled
"Nothing, you stay the same"
I looked at draco and gave him the look, he looked back at me and nodded. We walked over to the hogwarts side with harry, we already planned that we were going to fight for the place we grew up in and not the thing we got dragged into. I point my Wand at voldemort and everyone else joined me. The death eaters had risen there wands but wasnt quick enough.
"AVADA KADAVRA" yelled me and 10 other students, 3 of our shots hit him and he dropped onto the floor no longer breathing. His body slowly starts dissapearing as did the death eaters. I smirked knowing that it will be a long time before he would be back, luckily no teachers or students had died but there was bodies of old death eaters around and everyone helped clear up. It was supposed to be the summer break, half the people stayed in hogwarts as they were scared to leave.

It was the day school officially starts again. I was going into 7th year, everyone in my year was either 17 or 16, we celebrated Dracos 17th during the summer break by breaking into the kitchen and stealing food and fire whiskey. My 17th was in a week, apparently i wasnt allowed to know what was going to happen but i was still excited. The rules had changed over summer slightly, we were allowed to wear our own clothes now and not be stuck in robes and students were allowed to travel into hogsmeade whenever as long as it wasnt during lessons. I changed into some blue denim ripped jeans and a gold sparkly cropped top with my hair pulled into a bun.

Me and Draco became official over summer, we were actually dating. The boys were all waiting for me down in the great hall for breakfast so i walked out the dungeons and into the great hall, before going over to the boys i said hey to the golden trio who kept thanking me for saving them and i told them not to worry about it.
"Princess, come here" Draco yelled over at me, i said bye to harry, ron and hermione before running to draco, he lifted me up and kissed me before we sat down to eat. The first years came in and got sorted into their houses.
"okay so before we start this year i would like to announce the head boy and girl for each house" Hagrid went through each house until he got to slytherin, "The head boy and girl of this house deserve it for saving us all this summer, they also happen to be dating so slytherin your head boy and girl this year are Draco Malfoy and y/n Miracle" everyone cheered and we stood up and waved at everyone, Colin creevey snapped a photo of us and we smiled. After everyone had calmed down the morning feast had started. I ate a lot but i was being polite about it. Another change over the summer was that me and draco returned to our normal state, we had a chance to get our mark removed but we refused as it reminded us of a rough but amazing memory. After we ate me and Draco went to go get the password to get into our rooms, once we got it we walked up stairs to the painting their room is behind.
"sesame ouvre-toi" i said clearly and the door opened, there was a huge common room and two double bedrooms in our room, we also had our very own little kitchen and a massive bathroom. I saw draco walk around with his infamous smirk, our stuff had been moved in already and already seemed very homely. Hagrid warned us that we werent allowed to stay in each others room probably thinking we were going to do something, truth is me and malfoy wasnt exactly interested in having sex, we would rather cuddle and watch the stars or talk about the future, we were close to doing it a couple times but we were either interrupted or just wasn't in the mood. I sat on the sofa that was infront of the unlit fire and smiled to myself
"Why are you smiling so much" Draco was right infront of me looking down "you look like a crazy woman"
"Its like our first little apartment together" i kept smiling and he joined in smiling like crazy. "lets go into hogsmeade with Blaise, Tom, Crabbe and goyle then all come back here for a mini party" we never called Crabbe and Goyle by there first names because it didnt sound right. The boy stood up and pulled me up with him, i accidentally fell forward and Draco fell back i laughed as i landed on him, he kissed me gently before we both got up still laughing. He grabbed my hand before walking to the slytherin common room. We walked in and called for the boys, they all came running down from the dorm and pulling us into a group hug and telling us they were proud of how far we came
"Okay enough of this sappy stuff, were on our way into hogsmeade then having a mini party in our new room so come on boys" i laughed, sometimes being the only girl in a group of guys got annoying because they love teasing eachother, i kind of get involved but me and Malfoy end up walking behind them leaving them to tease eachother. The boys all pile out the door and we walk into the three broomsticks and each order a butterbeer. We were in there for about an hour before deciding to head back. All the boys kept messing around so i walked infront of them.
"eyes off boys" i heard draco whisper yell at the boys, i laugh to myself as i noticed that they must have all been staring at my bum. The platinum blonde boy rushed to me and put his hand in my back pocket walking next to me before turning his head and glaring at the boys.
