𝑹𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒖𝒏 {𝟏}

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝟐: 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐧

It's been a few days; we were at lunch talking about what the year was going to be. To be honest, I have no idea what this year is going to bring or be. Life is like a box of chocolates they say, you never know what you're going to get. Sadly, it's true for me.

"Bella!?" Mike says as she snapped out of her thoughts, looking at him.

"Uh?"

"Did you hear what we said?" Mike asks, tilting his head to the side slightly as he looked at her curiously.

"Obviously she didn't." I replied as I looked at Mike, rolling my eyes at him.

"She was thinking Mike." Eric replied as he smiled at her.

"Sorry, I was lost in thought." Bella said as she took a drink of her mango Snapple drink.

"It's cool, we're just talking about queen bi-" Jessica says but couldn't finish her sentence as she gets cut off by Angela.

"She means Lauren." Angela says as she nudged Jessica playfully.

"Ow!" Jessica mouthed off.

"What about Lauren?" I asked curiously.

"She's miss "popular" which irritates me!" Jessica said as she looked behind her, looking at Lauren a few tables away, glaring at her.

"Truth be told- she's a bitch!" Mike says. "More so than Edythe, truthfully."

"MIKE!" Erica and Allen said in union.

"Sorry."

"It's ok." Bella replied calmly, it wasn't the first time we heard someone curse before.

I turned my head and suddenly I see people walking outside of the cafeteria heading toward the entrance, they we're lined up by couples and I recognized them. . . but what was weirder was why are they here? I thought they go to the reservation school. I turned back and face Michelle, Erica, Allen, Jessie and Becca.

"Who are they?" Jessica asked curiously wondering who they are because nobody never seen them before. . . I don't think anyone in this town has.

"Oh they? They're Quileute" I answered as I turned to glance at them.

"They've, um, transferred here like last Friday!" Angela says as she looks at them curiously.

"So, their Quileute?" Ben asked curiously.

"Yes, didn't you here what Beau said!" Mike implies as he looks at Ben and nods his head.

"Well, it's complicated. I've heard that they're going to be going here and back at the reservation school a lot." Jessica shrugs her shoulders.

"Oh, like do they travel for certain classes now?" Bella asked, curious about why they would be here.

"I think, one thing for sure is they kind of keep to themselves, which I respect." Eric replies as he takes a bit of his salad.

"Yeah, I've heard some of them are together, like dating. It's so unfair!" Becca says as she sighs quietly to herself.

"Oh, relax Becca. I think some of them are still single." Angela replies as she took a sip of her green tea.

"See the girl with the long straight black hair who's with the shorter boy? That's Leah and her younger brother Seth." I said as they both walked by us. "The younger boys that look like freshmen or sophomores are Brady and Collin."

"They're cute but too bad their freshmen." Becca admits as he looks at the boys.

"Ok, the guy over there is Jared and next to him is his girlfriend, Kim!" Bella smiles as she points them out. "Their such a cute couple."
