Bravo's POV

I'm glad to be back with my sister. Lately, she seem to be interested to that Arc boy. I must say I have met his sister in more than one occasion and he was a laughing stock to bare in mind. I saw her helping Jaune with bullies. We were doing well at school at That point and no PTSD trauma whatsoever.

As time went on, Pyrrah seems to be more depressed for that boy. I walked up to her and we have a small chat:

Me: So, mind telling me why your this down than before?

Pyrrah:...

Me: It's that Arc boy isn't it?

Pyrrah: I don't know brother. He seem to be struggling with this at the moment. Then there's CRDL. They will take advantage of him.

Me: Oh. Those guys are real jerks. I saw them and they have a very low IQ. Heh, the leader reminded me of General Lague.

Pyrrah: The General that was stripped from Atlas Service?

Me: That's the one. He always have a brain as small as a nut. Charge first and never strategize. He nearly got us all killed more than once.

Pyrrah: What really happened to him? Why he was stripped out of service?

Me: two words: Stupid and lazy.

Pyrrah: That's three.

Me: Those were his traits. He often let us do the work with no plan whatsoever. Plus, he is often cowered behind his own men. We have to adapt to his Stupidity and laziness all the time; then came the Kasserine pass incident. Kasserine...

Pyrrah: It's okay if you don't want to talk about it.

Me: No no, it's okay Sis. Here's how it happened:

Flashback 3 years ago...

The operators and I were apart of the escort platoon. We check the survivors and gave them some hope that they will live. Human and Faunus alike are the ones we need to escort. A cameraman and news woman was there as well.

We were marching towards Kasserine. Something was off. Foxtrot went to General Lague, Who was conducting the operation, and gave him his suggestion, "General, I think we need to scout the area first. There could be enemies ready to ambush us at any moment", However, the ever stupid general responded, "No, we need men here. Besides, who would have plan a tactical ambush on an escort platoon". We later found out that he was wrong.

We entered the pass very cautiously. The General kept on gaining attention to himself by the refugees; and enemies. We were then stopped by a barrier of rocks and rubble. Then we heard a battle cry. Multiple men, armed with machine guns, open fire upon our platoon. We fought back with whatever we have, while the General just hides behind cover, like a coward. Soon we are forced to turn back. Shells of artillery bombarded the pass, leaving mostly half of us alive.

After the bombardment, I peek out from the downed vehicle. I saw men marching towards us. I used my semblance and whipped out the Scythe [Pyrrah: Is it a melee weapon?][No, it's an operator equipment. It mean I can take it out from myself and it functions as a weapon. The Scythe is a tri-barrelled Minigun that fires high caliber rounds.] And began gunning and mowing down the enemies.

When all hope is loss, Atlas came in and cleaned up the mess. Soon they put General Lague on trial. He ended up being discharge from the military. From that day forth, the Operators kept quiet about Kasserine. We swear we never go back to Kasserine and forget the memory of those who'd died there so we may live in peace.

Flashback ended

After I have explained the incident, I saw the rest of JNPR looked to me with pity and sympathy as this is hard even for someone my age. They feel bad not just to me, but to the entirety of Team OPRATR. They give heart warming comments about it. I feel very grateful for them. Many kids have lost their families in 120 seconds; many who are running ended up dying; many who are strays on the streets; all because of Kasserine.
