Backstory: Spring grew up in an poor but peaceful Eldian family. The family had a small sewing business to get by. Spring was a happy child goes to school and was a loner who enjoys her inner peace. She didn't have that many friends but had her family. She would sometimes get harassed by men who found her attractive.
One day she rejected a rare wealthy Eldian man and he retaliated by killing her parents making her an orphan. Spring had to drop out of school to fully run her family business alone and was not getting a lot of business making it even harder for Spring to get by everyday. Spring was also more withdrawn and quiet not liking being on her own anymore. She still getting even more harassed by men now that she was alone.
One day Cya and her friends Chang and Reese was taking a carriage around the country and stumble by Spring. Cya and Reese like some of the dresses made by Spring has offer to buy some dresses from Spring which she was extremely grateful. Seeing Spring malnourished and dirty state made Cya feel pity and ask Spring about her situation. Spring told Cya and her friends her life and situation and Cya offer Spring a job of being her personal lady and waiting offer her to go to private schools with her and her friends which Spring happily accepted.
Cya showed Spring to her parents the king and queen. Her father was disgusted at Spring and her mother sympathetic toward Spring. They interrogated her and Spring got the job and live in the palace with Cya with the royal family. Cya told Spring to save her money to expand business in the future and gave Spring to personal train bodyguards to stop her from getting harassed. Chang hearing Spring parents death secretly investigate and silently assassinate the murder while splitting the wealth between Cya, Reese, and Spring.
