February arrived, it was the week after Harry's birthday and Harry was taking me to Nick's. Liam was still not found and not home I really wish he was. Hood had him hidden pretty well and I want to know why. Harry pulled up to Nick's house, another car was in his driveway as well. We knocked on the door and Nick answered the door.

"Hey guys where's Liam?" Nick asks, looking around to see if Liam might be behind us and with a confused look on his face.

"He was kidnapped and I'd rather not talk about it Nick. Can we just check on my baby?"

"Yeah, yeah of course," he lets us in. I head towards the basement but before I got down I notice someone from before was in the kitchen. "You remember my boyfriend Ed right?" Nick asks and I nod.

We walk down the stairs, I sat in the chair as Nick got everything ready. Harry sat in a chair close to the stairs with Ed. Nick lifts my shirt up not asking me to do it myself.

"Aww look at that you're getting a little belly. God it's bigger than I thought it would be for you being almost two months. Speaking of that I'm going to start making your appointments for the next week for next month because that's when you officially become of how many months."

"Okay just text Harry about it to remind me." He nods and puts the gel on my stomach. He moves the wand around to look for the baby. Nick stops and points to the screen.

"Would you look at that, the baby is developing rather quickly. You're very healthy Zayn and I can tell that you stressed a little bit with what happened to Liam but I promise you everything is going to be okay and I'll help you find him."

"Thanks Nick." I give him a small smile. "Can I have pictures to show Karen?"

"Yeah of course." He presses a button twice and the pictures start to print. Nick whips my stomach off, I hop off the chair, pulling my shirt down and wait for my pictures. Nick hands me a white envelope.

"Ready Zayn?" Harry asks holding his hand for me to take. I slap his hand instead of grabbing it. "Hey now, stop being sassy or I'll make Karen punish you again."

I follow him up the stairs. "Let's not talk about that. My ear still hurt a few days later. But thanks for being there for me Harry when I had that bad day."

"You're welcome. Bye Ed and Nick see you next month with Zayn if Liam is still not here but if he is he'll bring Zayn of course."

"Alright guys see you next month, Zayn I'll contact Harry to see when you want to go out and search for Liam." I nod and walk out of the house.

Instead of Harry dropping me off at mum's he took me to his house to have lunch and dinner. Niall was sat on the couch, flipping through channels while louis was asleep in his lap and Luke was asleep in a playpen. I sat on the floor by Niall's feet.

"Hi Niall." I place my head back on the couch cushion to look up at Niall.

"Hi Zaynie, is that a sonogram?" I nod, handing him the white envelope. Niall opens it to look at the picture. "Oh I see it, took me awhile but it looks like a little dinosaur."

"No my baby does not look a dinosaur. You are a dinosaur." I take the pictures back and stick my tongue out at him.

"That was a great insult Zayn. Best one yet." He rolls his eyes. I get up from my spot and go to the kitchen.

"Haz, Ni is being mean." I say with a pout.

"Okay, well since he's being mean, do you want to help me make lunch?" I nod, I set my pictures down where they won't get ruined.

A few days later and Harry was calling me saying that Nick wanted to help out with finding Liam. Nick came to the house with Harry already in the car. I said goodbye to mum and dad then, got into the car with Nick.

"So Zayn do you have any idea of where Liam might be?" Nick asks looking at me through the rear view mirror.

"Well I-I know Hood took him. And I think I remember were Hood's place is."

I told Nick the best directions of where I remember how I left there. Nick finally found the building, he parked the car next to another car that was there. The three of us got out , I made them follow me to the one door I knew. The door that lead me to the outside world. The door was unlocked, which I was happy about, I followed the familiar hallways.

"Calum! Our pet has finally returned home!" I heard Ashton yell.

"Oh good, I knew I could lure him into coming back home." I heard Hood say.

"I'm not your pet and this is not my home." I growl at them when I come face to face contact with them.

"If you want your Liam back you can't till my experiment is fully complete."

"What did you do to him!" I scream, my voice was all squeaky and sounded like I was about to cry.

"I'll show you if you'd like?" Hood says.

"Yes! Yes please show me my Li-Li!" Tears began to fall down my face. Hood motioned a hand to follow him to the room I was kept in.

Liam laid on a metal table with straps holding his wrists and ankles down. His face was scrunched up in pain. I grabbed his hand, lacing our fingers together.

"Li-Li, it's Zaynie please wake up." I touch his face with my other hand, he seemed to relax a bit but never opened his eyes.

"He can't hear you but I think he knows you're here." Hood says. "I haven't seen him this relax before."

I let go of his hand and brushed my hand through his hair. I felt a bump on his head. I turned to look at Hood.

"Why is there a bump on his head?"

"Oh that, umm well," he rubs the back of his neck. "That's an ear developing on his head."

"You're turning him into a hybrid?! Why would you do that to my best friend?!" Harry yelled, speaking up.

"We'll see I don't know if it's going to work. Now you know too much I think it's time for you to leave."

"No! No, I'm not leaving him! Let me stay here. Hood you gotta let me stay here. I'll be your pet like you want but if you agree to let me stay here you also have to agree to me by letting us go. Every single one of your experiments go when Liam wakes up!"

Hood placed a finger to his chin thinking if he should agree to it or not. He nods a quick yes and orders Ashton to escort Harry and Nick out of the building. Harry screamed back trying to get me to come with him. I quickly text him saying that I had my phone and I'm fine and to call me if he ever wants to talk to me, making sure I'm alright.

I laid down next to Liam, resting my head against his chest. I trace shapes on his chest and arm. He was relax, not in pain. I didn't like to see him in pain, not one bit. I had notice that Hood and Ashton left to a different room, I was fine with that; I didn't want them here anyways. I found my Li-Li and that is all that matters to me right now.

Zayn found Liam yay! But he's with Hood again. Is Hood going to be the same as he was when Zayn was little or is he going to a better person? I don't know.
