Izuku woke up to his mother coming into his room with an all might themed cake that she herself had baked just for izuku. "Happy birthday Izuku honey!" She said with a big smile "Ah, thanks mom" Izuku said and smiled before blowing out the candles and his wish was just happiness.
"Your growing up so fast Izuku I remember you being so small" his mother said through tears making the boy giggle "there's no need to cry mom, I'll still be with you" he said and hugged her "thanks mom, it means a lot".
Thirteen....wow, he's surprised he hasn't even tried killing himself through out these years. It's tough when everyone hates and hurts you in school because you're well useless.
He can't do anything and his mother use to think he would cut himself witch she's not wrong but thanks to his quirk he's able to get away with it by lying saying he was training.
Izuku was given a quirk call glass manipulation. He can't form glass but he can use glass to do things with them, he's been trying to learn how to make 3D items with them but it's very difficult. He often gets cuts when using his quirk and he has a few scars too.
So when he does hurts himself he just says it came from training his quirk. Sometimes he wishes that he'd die but his father had left his mother and he doesn't want to leave her, she'll be all alone and heartbroken and he doesn't want that to happen. So he's fighting! He's fighting for his mother, and that's why he'll train to be a hero to protect his mother so he won't let her down.
