Chapter Ten.

Third person's Pov.

Clara decided to invite Nadia over to Marks place since he wouldn't let her leave his sight. It was still Saturday so they both had no classes till Monday.

She had also asked Nadia to bring a few clothes for her since she was to spend the weekend at Mark's.

She was so happy today. She had felt like she never deserved to be happy but every time she looked at Mark she felt otherwise. All she had wished for was someone to care for her and she finally found him. In fact she found them.. Nadia, Mark and John.

Nadia arrived a while later. As soon as she saw John her face lit up. Apparently she had seen him a few times with Mark and kind of had a crush on him. She thought he was her knight in shining armor. Not that she would ever tell him. Clara however noticed how she looked at John and made mental note to ask her about it later.

After the introductions Clara left with Nadia to her room.

"So this is where you've been. You met Mark and instantly forgot about me. I never thought I would live to see the day you break my heart. You have broken it, torn it to pieces. You have hurt me deeply."Nadia said faking pain.

Clara couldn't control her laughter. She burst out laughing and Nadia followed, laughing as well.

"Anyway you have to give me all the details from your date upto now",Nadia said making Clara turn beet red.

"Awww your blushing. It must have been really romantic. Come on tell me please please please "Nadia said jumping up and down.

Clara told Nadia about everything that happened including her nightmare and her past. Somewhere in the middle of the story she broke down and Nadia comforted her.

"So you told Mark before me yet you've known me longer than him? Why?"Nadia asked pouting.

"I'm sorry, but I just had to he was so persistent. But no need to feel jealous honey you know you mean a lot to me. You are basically the sister I never had. And I love you."

"Well, when you put it that way then I can't help but forgive you" Nadia said giving Clara a hug.

"So, John ha"Clara said wiggling her eyebrows at Nadia mischief visible in the corners of her eyes. Nadia blushed a dark shade of pink and hid her face in her palms making Clara giggle at her.

"Come on tell me . You made me tell you about Mark but you won't tell me about john? You are being unfair. Please just tell me."Clara begged.

"Okay I will though there is barely anything to tell. I like him okay"

"Like him or like like him" Clara said stifling her giggles.

"I like like him okay. I... I have a crush on him " Nadia said looking down.

"Oh my baby is in love" Clara teased.

"I didn't say I love him. As it is you also like Mark.. Or should I say.. Lo-"Nadia began but Clara cut her off.

"No no I.... I don't love him"

"If you say so but your face says it all. Maybe you just haven't realised it yet."

They continued to talk about random stuff. Time passed quickly and soon it was dark. They all gathered in the kitchen to make dinner.

Later they ate together enjoying each others company as they shared random stories about themselves.

They then decided to play a game of truth or dare.
"So Clara, truth or dare" Nadia asked, mischief dancing in the corners of her eyes.

" Truth" Clara answered though she feared that she was up to something.

"So do you have feelings for Mark? "Nadia asked with a grin on her face.

Clara audibly gasped then narrowed her eyes at Nadia.
"Dare, I choose dare not truth."

"OK Clara I dare you to give Mark here a kiss on the lips" she said and laughed as Clara's eyes went wide.

"Come on Clara be a good girl and give Mark a kiss. I know you want to"

Clara took a quick glance at Mark who had a smirk on his face. She gulped and moved closer to Mark.

She took his face into her small hands and leaned closer locking her lips with Marks. She kissed him briefly and attempted to move back but Mark quickly pulled her to his lap locking their lips again. They kissed for a few more seconds until someone cleared their throat making them break apart. Both of them breathing hard.

Clara looked at John who was covering Nadia's eyes playfully. She let out a small laugh before attempting to get up from Marks lap. But Mark didn't let her. And after a few attempts she gave up.

They continued playing the game with Clara on Marks lap.
Finally it was Nadia's turn and Clara knew just what to do to get back at her so she did exactly that.

"So Nadia truth or dare "Clara asked.

"I'm not a coward so dare it is"Nadia said.

Clara smirked before she said "I dare you to tell us who you have a crush on" Clara said smiling.

All this time both men watched with amusement as the two women in the room made a go at each other. They trained there eyes on Nadia. Waiting for her to answer.

"Why.... I don't...... It's..... Well actually " Nadia stuttered.

"What is it Nadia I thought you were, and I quote 'not a coward '" Clara mocked.

"It's...... It's....."

"It's who Nadia?"

"It's John "Nadia said and the whole room went silent.

Nadia quickly got up and ran out of the room. Clara followed her, leaving the two men alone.
