I know so many people will say this and it's true but let me tell you.. you are worth every second of your life on this earth. yes, some people think that they can push an pull people in directions that lead to death. don't listen to them! you are a strong person and if I knew any better I would have to say that you are the best thing in this world. you may not see it now but give it a few minutes, days, weeks, months hell even years to soak in and you will see that those people who doubted you any second of your life that they were wrong. you matter. you are valid. you were meant to be on this earth and nowhere else. so just let it soak in. cry if you need it. laugh if you need. it's alright to show emotion. don't hind.
if you ever need to talk to someone I am always here. I will always try and get back when I find someone has texted me. I am a shoulder to cry on if you ever need one. I will do all the things in my power to help you through whatever you need help with. I personally don't have any mental problems but I live with a family that does. I have looked after them for years now and I have been able to stop people from hurting themselves. so just reminder I am here if you ever need it
