Paper manipulation- able to make any type of paper do what he wants. While he seems to be able to animate any of his paper creatures, they don't seem to be actually alive.
Enhanced Intelligence- this seems to mostly revolve around construction and machines than anything else. Apparently he can look at a blueprint and immediately know if there was any mistake in it.
Telekinesis?- it is unknown what exactly it is, but he has been seen moving objects around him while working on a project.
Rainbow Spray Cans- No one knows what these things are, their purpose, or anything about them really. Its one of the many mysteries about this guy.
The full extent of his powers (like the others) is unknown. This is mostly due to the fact that unless the need arises, he tends to not use his powers. It is also mostly just a lot of guesswork.
