Manik's POV...

"U wanted to talk something na ... Say!" She asked me..

" Ya ... I wanted to ask... Tumhari family me kon kon hai! " I asked intentionally.... So that i can get to know... What she has forgotten and what she knew.

After listening my question... Her angelic face... Went pale... And she looked on the seashore.

"Kya hua... Did i asked something wrong? " I asked.

"No ... Ur question is right but.... I can't answer...! " She said in a sad tone.

" Why...?"

" Actually.... I have one problem.... Wo .... Before 11 months... Mera accident hua tha... And.....I .....! "

" U ... What... Feel free to say anything ....! "

" I lost my memory...! "

" Oh... That's sad .... So.... Do you remember anything about ur family... Or ... U have any friends... Old or new... I mean... How u survived? "

" After that accident... I got a friend... Her name is Navya... My jobmate and i live with her ! "

" Ohk...! " That's it i could say.

" That's why i asked u... Do u know me... If yes... Please let me know it!" She saw me with hopefull eyes.

" Actually..... Nandani... the thing will become complicated once i say the truth.....i don't want you to be suffered...i can only say is....we share a sweet relationship.....we were very close to eachother....so ...i want u to just be free to ask or say anything to me.... please... don't hesitate to share anything...u can call me... anytime...u need me..... whether it's...day...or midnight...i will be there for you...... HAMESHA!" I hold her hand...and this time...she didn't became uncomfortable.

She looked in my eyes....as she was searching for something.... maybe... she was trying to figure out.... our connection.

She kept his face on my left shoulder as side hug...

I smiled.

"Manik i can't promise to be frank with u..but....i promise...i will surely remember ur words.....!  PATA hai.... Navya always take care of me ...and my problems... but rather than her... I got a new friend today.....as u ! " She said and a tear slipped from her eyes....

I wiped her tear with my right hand and took her in side hug..

"Please don't cry....i hate ur tears!" I said.

We were quite....for almost 15 minutes...!

Our silence breaked because of her Phone's ringtone.

"Hello..!" She took the call. It was Navya.

"Where r u ... it's 7 ....?" Navya asked.

"I m .... I m with Mr Malhotra....i will be there in 30 minutes....!" She said

" What....what u said.....Mr  Malhotra....the Mr Malhotra?" She was shocked...

" Ya Navya... it's him only... i will talk to u when i will come back!" I replied.

"Okay .....come fast...!" She said and kept the call.

"We should leave.... she is waiting for me...!" She said to me.

"Ya....sure... let's.... let's go...!" I said in a sad tone.

We went to my car ....and settled inside.
I started driving.

"What happened...ab tak ....u was happy ...and suddenly u r so lost...?" She asked.

Nandani's POV.

When i said him to go back....his expressions changed and now....he was looking so sad...

Once the car started....with great efforts... I asked...

"What happened....ab tak...u was happy...and suddenly u r so lost...?"

" Pata nahi yaar....aisa lag raha hai jaise....u r going far from me...!"

" I m not going far....i m just going to my home...!"

" Nandini... will u please promise me one thing...!" He said and looked at me...

" What...?"

"If i will call u ...u will receive my phone...no matter what u will be doing...and if u will need anything...i repeat... anything......u will call me first.... please... promise me!"

" But...why this promise?"

" Please yaar...just to assure me.... promise na... please!" He said in pleading tone.

" Ohk...ohk...i promise!"

We reached home.

I was about to come out he stopped me by holding my hand...

I looked back to him... after thinking something....he said

"Good night!"

"Ya good night !" I replied and came out...he also came out to see off me... I waved him and went inside the house!!

I heard the sound of car ...it shows he is gone...!
I came to Navya who was sitting in the hall .... working on laptop...

"Navya...!" I said... she immediately looked at me....!

"Nandu.... where were you yaar....and what was that....u was with.... Mr Malhotra.... really.... matlab... kyun... kaise....ab bolo bhi Chup kyun ho...say na yaar...!" She said in one breath.

" Navya... Navya... relax.....calm down....tum chup hogi... tabhi Na ham kuchh bol payenge!" I said and make her sit on sofa and we settled there....

After that...i said the whole story to her... our talk.... our meeting...our connection n all...

"Matlab...he .... the Manik Malhotra.... knows u .....sach me?" She was shocked.

I nodded.
