Urushihara

Chapter 1

"Mom? Why are we at this old run down apartment complex?" I ask mother. She wants to get a job here as a maid, and I hope it goes so well she can become a professional. The reason is... I cant stand my mom. She always teases about me being a hermit and otaku. I cant blame her though.. I did hardly anything around our old house. But the landlord that owned the land we were renting sold it to the bank and we were kicked out into the streets. Our luck is just perfect.
"This is where the landlady lives, and where we are staying for awhile. Perhaps you can get your own room, so you can successfully hook up all your things." She says pointing at my huge, soft, black, duffel bag.
"Gaming Systems."
"Yeah those."
"And computers."
"Yeah and those too."
"And my phone hookups."
"You really do annoy me sometimes Kia."
"Its my specialty mom." We head around to the staircase I spotted when we were driving up. I hear some shouting inside and a boy, black hair and red? Yeah red eyes, abruptly open the door and slip down the staircase. My mom drops her things and hurries over to the seemingly injured boy.
"You probably just broke everything in that bag you were carrying mom, and it's not even your fault he fell, I bet he's fine." As if on que, he hops up to his feet, jumps on his bike, and speeds off to god knows where.
"That was one strange guy." I mutter under my breath, as I slowly walk up the stairs. When I reach the top, my mom had just gathered her things from the ground and was right behind me.
"Do you know where the landlady's room is mom?" I ask.
"..." She pauses for a moment and I sigh.
"Your useless, I'm going to go ask someone you wait here mom." I say, as she sits down on the slimy steps.
"You do that sweetie."
"Tch, don't call me that." I open the front door of the apartment complex and knock on the first door I see.
"Urushihara go answer the door." I hear a voice shout.
"But I don't wanna, I have to beat this guys highscore on Dueling Diego!" A different one shouts. I lean against the door intrigued. I play wizard101 too.
"DO YOU WANT CUP NOODLES AGAIN?!?!"
"Fine you old man."
"WHO ARE YOU CALLING OLD?" I hear a few crashes from inside the room, and slowly regret knocking on this door. Before I can back away from the wooden door, it swings open and I fall forward. I close my eyes tight, waiting for the impact of the floor. When it did meet my face, it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.
"...?!" I feel something shift underneath me. Oh crap did I land on someone. I slowly open my eyes.
"I'm so sorry sir." The boy had purple hair that covered one eye, and light purple eyes to match his oddly colored hair. I notice a pink tint to his face, and mine grows warm as well.
"What happened luci~ oh." The voice I recognized earlier spoke and I looked up.
"It's not what it looks like old man." The boy with purple hair starts.
"IS SHE MOLESTING YOU!!?! IF SHE IS ID GLADLY REDRUM HER FLESH!!" He says. I start to get panicked and rose off of the boy.
"IT WASNT LIKE THAT I SWEAR!!" I say flailing my arms.
"I WAS JUST GOING TO ASK WHERE THE LANDLADY'S ROOM!!!" I feel the heat rise to my cheeks even more, causing me to be even more flustered. Then I randomly turn to the boy with an amused look on my face.
"You play wizard101?" I ask.
"He used up a lot of MY money on that stupid game." The older guy starts,
"Where is your mom, I'll go show her where the landlady's room is."
"Shes sitting outside on the steps." I respond.
"Urushihara, you need friends, so maybe this girl is a start." Then I hear the boy mutter something like 'I'm the allmighty lucifer I don't need friends' but I decided it was just my mind playing tricks on me.
"Can I see your computer?" I ask excitedly. 'Tch' he clicks his tongue and then motions me to follow.
"Can I use your internet? I'm assuming that this place doesn't have wireless because of the router there on the floor."
"Sure."
"I'm sorry am I being annoying?"
"Very." Way to be blunt.
"Sorry... I'm just..." I quickly clamp my mouth shut, pull my laptop out of the duffel bag, and plug it into an unused outlet.
"No way... You got the Sony XX computer?!?! They aren't even In stores yet?!" He yells in my ear as I press the power button.
"Ow... Yeah... I'm a huge gamer." I reply, ringing clouding my ears. He starts leaning on my shoulder in anticipation, and I quickly type my password in. I feel him tense beside me, as my wallpaper loaded.
My wallpaper was a shadowy-looking angel. I'm pretty sure it is a fallen angel, but when I saved it I didn't look at its original thumbnail.
"Whats wrong? You don't like my wallpaper?" I ask.
"No its not that." He says.
"Then what is it?" He abruptly changes the subject without answering my question.
"So... You asked me about wizard101 earlier, do you play it?" I almost have a spaz-attack.
"Yes I love that game!!!" I say in an accidental squeaky voice. He winces.
"Thats why I don't hang out with girls." He says.
"Thats also why I usually don't talk, but your a gamer too... So isn't their more stuff to talk about?"
"I guess..." He replies. I click the wizard101 shortcut and the login screen shows up. I quickly type in my username and password. The 'Play' button loaded in no time, and I clicked it.
I hear a voice beside me.
"No way... How do you have that many crowns?!" He yells shocked.
"I used like over a hundred dollars on this game and never have had that many credits." My heart leapt into my throat. He was way, way to close for comfort. I could feel the blood rushing to my face.
"You see... I kinda shorted my mom a lot of money... Thats why we moved to this small run down place."
"Can you get me the hydra bundle PLEAAAASE!" He whines.
"Okay fine... Whats your screen name?" He does a small victory dance.
"Its Max Greenwalker." He says.
"Mines Sierra Mythglynn, so I'm gifting you from that account."
"Kay."

Yes shes actually gifting me the hydra bundle. This girl is amazing. Shes... Sorta cute too... What am I thinking I'm lucifer, a fallen angel... I'm not allowed to like girls. Mao does... But I'm nothing like him.
"Sent." She says with her eyes glued on the screen. I hear my wizard101 inbox beep and pull up the webpage.
"This is so awesome." I say as I pull her into a tight hug. She stiffens. What can I say... Video games make me happy. Wait... I don't even know her name yet.
"I forgot to ask your name." I say.
"Its Kia." She responds. I pull away, and her face is as red as a tomato. Shes... So.... Kawaii...... SHE LOOKS SO MUCH LIKE AN ANIME CHARACTER I CANT STAND IT.
Good thing people cant read minds... Because my mind is way different then how I act.
"So... Um..." She stutters. Then I hear the front door burst open.
"Sorry? Am I interrupting something?" Me and Kia were tangled in a very awkward position on the floor, for some reason... I don't even remember how... Whatever~ the computer is damaging my brain cells.
"ITS NOTHING LIKE THAT I PROMISE!!!" She whimpers.
"Sure it isn't." Alciel says annoyingly.
"Shut up old man." I say, and he throws a punch at me. To my surprise Kia stops his punch with one hand.
"I took martial arts when I was small." She says.
"Oh yeah.. Mrs.Shamoru, you can come in." Alciel says at the door.
I hear Kia click her tongue. Seems like she doesn't like her mom that much.
"Thank you kind sir... Kia we have some bad news. The landlady hadn't used the rooms we were going to have in forever so it has mites... It will take a few days to get rid of them... So we will have to stay here."

"What?" I ask my mom. This room is 3 people too small. Then Urushihara creepily whispers something in my ear.
"You can spend the night with me~" he whispers. God thats creepy.
"You have been reading way too many lemons... Imma go write a fanfiction now on my computer okay?" He nods his head in defeat as I start typing away on my computer.

She fell asleep on her computer. Thats going to ruin the keys....
I slowly lift her away from the computer in hopes of not waking her up, and gently lowers her down onto the floor. Dang, I never realized how uncomfortable the floor was. She looks so pained on the hardwood floor~ no.... Fine... The heck with it.
I slowly plop down beside her and wrap my arms around her. Don't get the wrong idea... I don't have... Well maybe microscopic... Ugh Whatever.
