The next Day| Tyler

I woke up around 6. Finally I'm back on my sleep schedule. Anyways. I opened my eyes and realized me and Star were sorta tangled into each other. Hugging kinda. I slip out of her grip and go upstairs to go get ready for today. I showered and everything, got dressed and headed downstairs. She was still sleeping, It's like 8 now. I go to the kitchen and start to make breakfast. I put in my airpods and danced around the kitchen while making the food. Once I was done I put everything back and set our plates on the counter. I started eating while listening to some new music. I hear shifting and I look over to the couch and see Star rise up with an enormous bed head. It was kinda cute.

"Morning." I said

She just groaned.

"I'm so tired, how are you up?" She asked stumbling out of the bed

"I don't know, I've always been a morning person."

"You're weird." She said with a low raspy morning voice

"Fuck you."

She just gave me the finger.

"I made you a plate if you want something to eat. And if you don't want it I'll be more than happy to eat it for you."

"Nah, I want it." She said sitting next to me

"So what do you plan on doing today?" She asked cutting her waffles

"I don't know, probably go out and ride my bike, you should come too."

"Where would we go?"

"I don't know and I don't care."

"I like that."

I nodded my head. We continued to eat and talk until we were both finished. She got dressed and I let her borrow my bike and we were off to where ever. 

Time Skip

"It's so pretty." She said 

"I know." I agreed

We found this little fled of short grass and the sun was we pinkish orangish. And the clouds were perfect. 

"This is amazing." I said 

"I know." 

"I love just being in the moment you know? Like just being able to stop thinking about everything and just take in the beauty of what this weird-fucked up-sometimes-gross-but not-always-planet has to offer."

I laughed. 

"Yeah, me too. This moment is like the most perfect bridge of all time."

"Bridge?"

"Yeah, like in music. Bridges are everything. They're like...little temporary joys for your ears."

She just looked at me.

"What?" I asked

"You're just a dork, that's all."

"You're the one going to class everyday. Speaking of...Frank said you haven't been going to school. Was that because of me or-"

"Nah, there was a lot of stuff going on then, I don't know when I'm going to go back though."

"Oh. Well I'm just saying if you really want/need to go. I think you should go ASAP."

She nodded her head. 

"I know."

We sat there basking in the beauty. 

"Who'd you use to live with?" She asked

"My mom and my sister."

"Oh, how old's your sister?"

"13 right now."

"Cool, where's your mom?"

"They're both back in Ladera but I plan on moving them out here."

"Aww how sweet of you."

"Yeah I know I'm the best, but what about you what's your family like." 

"It was me my big brother Cosmo-"

"Like from fairly odd parents?"

She chuckled.

"Yeah, but it was me Cosmo and my Mom until my Mom passed-"

"Sorry to hear that."

"It's fine really, but she passed while my brother was in the military so he never came to the funeral, I had no idea where my Dad was and I didn't have much family here so I stayed with one of my friends back home in New York until I got enough money to come out here. I got to Full sail on a scholarship so that really helped me a lot." 

"Oh, you know if you ever need mone-"

"No, I'm good. A few months being here in Cali my Dad called and said he was sorry and everything and offered to help me out here. And hell yeah I was gonna take his money; he wasn't there for 18 years." 

"Kudos to you. I haven't seen my Dad since I was 12."

"Damn."

"Yeah, but I don't really mind, I probably wouldn't be doing half the shit I am if he was here." 

"Good for you."

"Yeeah."

We continued to look off into the sky. I looked over at her and realized how pretty she looked. The glow coming from her face was melting. 

"What place have you always wanted to go to?" I asked

"Mmm." She hummed

"Lake Como. In Italy."

"That's cool."

"Yeah."

Yo tell Tyler and Star they needa stop playing and get together already-
