~ Normal POV ~

Winter could be a harsh season, depending on how mother nature wanted it to act. Many would expect snow since it was one of the most recognisable features of this winter though as many would pray for snow yet it wouldn't be given to them, just dull skies and cold temperatures. No fun at all. However, if it decided to snow, almost everyone would be willing to go outside and play in it. Though this time, it seemed that things went a bit overboard.

Circhester was well known for its snow covered town, and beautiful scenery. Can't forget those lil snoms. And usually with winter it did a bit worse with snow than other's if it decided to snow more but everyone living there easily adapted to it. Though on this occasion, things well got a bit to over the line and snow had piled up so much people were basically trapped in doors for the time being.

This leads to the current situation.

~  (Y/N) POV ~

Before all of this sudden snow, I decided to stay over at my lovely boyfriend's house, Gordie's. I was going to stay at his for a few days but with this sudden turn of events, I'm guess I'm staying a bit longer but I don't mind at all! Gordie is amazing!  He's such a sweet guy, and I honestly love spending all the free time I have with him.

Currently, I was looking out of the window, just snow, snow everywhere! I really wanted to just open that door and dive into it, even if it meant getting a cold but it would be worth it. However, that would just lead to letting all of the snow into the house and having to walk in it would be difficult.

''Man, this has to go with one of the worse cases of snow we've had in Circhester.'' A familiar voice chuckles. Gordie!

''Huh? You mean there were previous cases like this?'' I asked.

''Well of course but like usual, don't really occur much. Last time it was this bad was when I was little and my mum has obviously seen worse before to but like always, we are just use to it in Circhester.'' Gordie replies.

''I see.'' I replied. ''So, is there anything we can do?'' I add. I notice Gordie thinking for a moment, coming up with something until I could imagine the light bulb flicked on in his head.

''How about we relax by the fireplace, having a nice cup of hot chocolate or whatever you prefer! Maybe very bland but I thought it would be nice.'' Gordie suggested.

''Sounds nice!'' I giggled. Gordie smiles.

''Alright then, I'll get things sorted.'' Gordie states.

''W-Wait, at least let me help!'' I exclaim but Gordie was already on it. Guess I should just sit down and wait for him to prepare.

~ Lil Time Skip ~

Gordie eventually came back all prepared. I snuggled into the soft fluffy blankets that were given to me, embracing the warmth from them. Gordie sat down next to me, handing me my cup. "Just be careful, its a bit hot still." He said. I nodded, giving him a soft smile as I carefully take the cup from him, trying not to spill it. Gordie was taking small sips from his. I carefully place the blanket over him to, moving closer to him and gently leaning against him. I could feel him slightly tense up for a moment before relaxing.

~ Normal POV ~

Gordie had a light blush appear on his cheeks as he felt the soft blanket around him as (Y/N) snuggled into him. He tensed up for a moment before relaxing, receiving a small giggle from the girl. He carefully wrapped an arm around her, pulling her even more close. Now (Y/N) had a light blush appear on her cheeks.

Now it was quiet, both of them had finished their hot chocolate and were now cuddling besides the fireplace. (Y/N) had slowly drifted off to sleep. Gordie notice the slight limpness and notice the (H/C) haired girl peacefully sleeping on him. His blush grew darker this time but just smiled it off. He then could hear a giggle from the doorway and noticed his mum standing there, smirking. "Don't you even dare." Gordie warned.
