It was finally the day came, Oikawa came to pick up (y/n) up around noon. They started walking to the arcade. (y/n) was excited they remembered how Kag's and Onion Head used to hang out after school. It also reminded (y/n) about how Oikawa and them used to go places in the middle of the day sometimes.
"Are you excited (y/n)-chan?" Oikawa asked,
"Yea, but also nervos" (y/n) replied
"You have me and Iwa- Chan" Oikawa paused "and Kindaichi". (y/n) smiled at Oikawa as they approached the train station they were meeting Onion Head at.

When the team all met up with the team, (y/n) and Onion head left together, while the rest of the team stayed back. Oikawa tried to go after (y/n) and onion head but Iwa-chan stopped him. The team ended up splitting off into groups after a while but Oikawa made sure to keep an eye on (y/n) and Onion head. At one point he swore he saw Onion Head tried to wrap his arms around (y/n).
"You saw that Iwa-chan" Oikawa groaned
"Loserkawa, can you just be let (y/n) and Kindaichi be alone for once" iwa-chan sighed
"He's trying to grab them" Oikawa said sharpening his glare on them
"Their friends, and you're jealous. End of story" Iwa said annoyed now
"Am not, It's like being protective over a sibling" Oikawa said looking at Iwa who was now ignoring him. Oikawa couldn't help but think maybe he was right. He had to make a plan for something.

After an hour or so (y/n) and Onion head walked up to Iwa and Oikawa to start playing games. The team slowly started to leave one by one. Soon Iwa and Onion head wanted to leave. So (y/n) hugged Onion head goodbye and waved to both of them. Oikawa looked at (y/n) and (y/n) looked at him
"(y/n)-chan wanna go on a mini adventure" Oikawa asked
"Where too loser" (y/n) giggled. They used to go on mini adventures when they were kids before Oikawa became obsessed with volleyball, (y/n) smiled as Oikawa grabbed their hand and walked out of the acade. They started to walk to a restaurant, I wonder why he doing this (Y/n) thought. Sure they did this as kids but he was never taking (y/n) to restaurants. Mostly parks and woods and rivers. "Wait why are you doing this" (y/n) stopped walking and asked. They didn't get an answer but instead Oikawa pulled them into a restaurant.

After dinner (y/n) was taken to a park. They found a bench near a tree and sat there.
"Did you have fun?" Oikawa asked, looking at (y/n). (y/n) glanced back into his eyes
"Yea, it was really fun. Hangin with you and getting to know the tea" (y/n) exclaimed
"That's good, what about the end" Oikawa sighed
"Thank you again for dinner and taking me here" (y/n) smiled and they saw Oikawa smiled too. They sat in silence for a bit, till (y/n) yawned.
"Are you tired (y/n)-chan" Oikawa said sitting up
"Yea. I stayed up late studying" (y/n) yawned again
"We'll go home in a bit, let's just sit here a bit longer," Oikawa smiled and patted (y/n)'s head. Mm i feel so calm, I could just sleep right here (y/n) thought as they looked at Oikawa
"Tōru can I rest my head on your lap for a bit" (y/n) asked, they could see Oikawa's face go pink a bit
"S-sure" Oikawa said. (y/n) laid their head in his lap and closed their eyes. Soon (y/n) was fast asleep
