Just because

I entered Mario's house since the door was unlocked. I saw Mario still sprawled on the couch with his hair in different directions. Which was kinda cute if you asked me.
"Hey grace where were you" he caught me walking in.
"I just decided to go get coffee I got you some if you even drink coffee" I laughed slightly.
"Thank you" he smiled. I sat on the couch beside him while he was lying down on it. "Hey grace" he said almost a whisper. "..ya"
" I was just wondering are we...you know....a thing..."
I was terrified what was he trying to say "what...do you mean by...thing"
"I mean.....like dating"
i was confused I wanted to be with him but I don't know what people will say...but then I realized it didn't matter what people think about you because whatever they think are just opinions and I don't care what other peoples opinions are about me.
"Sure mario" I smiled "were a thing" I laughed and kissed him lightly on the lips.
Before I could even get up Mario pulled me down beside him which made us both laying on the couch. "Thank you" he said for no reason which made me laugh. "Why?"
"Because"
"Because what" we were both laughing"
"Just.....because" he smiled. "Okay then your welcome......so....just because".
"Yup just because"
