After his discovery that he was in Haikyuu, Sora, with his funds, had made his people build him a gymnasium. It was a good thing that the Yua household had a few lands here and there.
"Hnggmnmmnnm....." Sora had a troubled face as he looked up at the net that was adjusted for middle-school level volleyball.
Every time Sora(the soul) did what he deemed as a normal jump, it would always go past the top of the net. Having lived in worlds that made humans have superhuman powers had made him have this predicament.
It wasn't that he didn't know what was normal. He could still remember how the original Qui would jump. But his body was refusing to cooperate with that. At this point, he might as well call this jumping power a habit.
No matter how much he fails, he needs to somehow make it look like his physical abilities normal, while also looking more of a terrifying player of volleyball.
This was one of the worlds where he didn't want to meddle with the original storyline. Well, even if he did, he can't.
After a few investigations, Sora found out that he was two years older than the third years from the story. That sucks a bit, but also provides him a leeway for his plan.
The gymnasium door opened and Sora saw Clive. The man bowed, unfazed of how Sora was laying down lazily on the ground. Rather than the mature side he sees when the boy deals with business, he prefers it when Sora acted his age. That was one of the reasons he let the boy build a gymnasium. He thinks that after Sora saw volleyball on television, the boy became interested in the sport.
"Young master, lunch has been prepared." Sora sat up and looked at Clive. In this life, it seems like he would also be followed around most of the time.
Sora stood up and grabbed the umbrella near the door. With large strides he went out, followed after Clive.
"I'll be going out for a run. Don't send people after me." Sora's words received no words of protest since Clive had already been reassured that there aren't people after Sora's life anymore. With Sora gaining full access to his family's wealth, and the support of the Wu group(the bodyguards), nobody would make a daring move of even touching a strand of hair of the boy.
"At what time will you be returning?" Clive asked before the boy could walk away.
"A bit before seven." Sora opened his umbrella, making sure he won't be that exposed to the sun.
"Then we'll make sure dinner is ready by then." Clive said and Sora left after those words.

Tokyo was wide and people would bustle with their businesses. Some can't help but be overwhelmed by how many people are there when it's lunch. Though it can't be compared to the number of people in the streets during rush hour.
Amongst the crowd is Sora, who went unnoticed by the advertisers, people who offer their products, and generally those that around him.
Superpowers were op in normal worlds. That was why in no less than an hour, Sora was already in front of Kitagawa Daiichi.
Though he was only nine years old, he could probably ace the entrance exam. He still had a problem with controlling his strength so the tryouts may become a little tricky but he didn't want to wait four? five years. He wasn't that thirsty on interacting with the characters, plus graduating early would give him more time and freedom. If he becomes a renowned star player then that's a bonus, the main characters get to idolize him.
Contrast to his narcissistic thoughts, Sora had a calm smile on his face as ge walked through the campus. He received several stares since he ceased his use of stealth.
He approached someone who looked like a teacher.
"Sir, can I ask where I can take entrance exams?" Sora asked while the teacher was startled by the sudden approach of a kid.
Sora was tall for his age so he had tge appearance of an eleven or twelve year old.
"You would need to book a schedule at the reception." The teacher's tone was a bit on the strict side. Any normal kid would've already been scared of the glare he had but Sora was unnerved, still with his smile.
"Thank you for the information." Sora said and quickly left. He passed by several students who looked his way. Some he approached to ask for directions.
The boy soon arrived at the reception. "I'm here to book a schedule for entrance exams."
The man at the desk looked at him and did a one-over, before taking out a few papers and folders and placed them on top of his desk.
"You would need to fill in these forms. As for the papers that are required to complete the registration, this is the list of them." The receptionist said professionally.
Sora calmly filled in the forms as he though on where he placed the papers he got when he finished elementary level education. He reached for his pocket, and took out papers that definitely didn't fit in that small space then put them on the table.
The receptionist took his papers and gathered them together. He punched some keys and printed a piece of paper containing the schedule then written some receipt on how much Sora needed to bring when he comes back.
"Thank you." Sora picked up the papers and went on his way.
He could pay already, but he wanted to explore a little bit more. He still had a few hours before seven so he wanted to use it to its fullest. This is semi-real Japan. The only thing that were changed were the name of the schools so it was pretty much the same as the real one. Though the year is still a few years behind the advancement of tech, the food is still there.
He had money, he could splurge all he wants and no one would scold him for it. The fussy guardians weren't here. No clean-freak captain. That overly concerned fire pillar wasn't here either. There was no re:stone age or annoying food commentary of people who looked like they were on ecstacy with one bite of food. Not that he didn't miss or love them. But what's annoying will stay annoying.
At least here, he had some kind of freedom and privacy. The humans here were of no threat to him. Well, except some FBI or the National Police of Japan or something. He had no plan of going genocide here so he didn't consider the two as a threat.
It's been a long time since he had been able to relax. Even though there was that problem with the relatives, they were so weak that they were quickly defeated by Sora.
The first one physically, the next ones were concerning business. The relatives had no brains in business. They trusted their greed too much and followed the smell of money not knowing it was rotten. Some still had the brains to avoid being put to jail and lived in fear of angering Sora again, while others were stupid enough to be placed in jail.
They were nowhere near Nara or Lawliet level so Sora had no problem facing them.
Ice cream.
Crepe.
Sushi.
Wagyu Beef.
Even the most expensive confectionaries wasn't safe from Sora. If his money would be spent, then obviously it would be due to food. But alas, his eating spree didn't even put a dent to the numbers in his account.
Alas, he salutes to his deceased parents and ancestors. What madlads, they're almost on the same level as Bill Gates.
With food in tow, Sora took a seat on top of an electric pole, the passing people took no notice of the anomaly.
What a lovely life.
Such a peaceful world.
