I can believe summer is over, HOW DID IT PASS so fast?Well I don't have a time machine but maybe I could ask Keyla to build one...nah she wouldn't know, I wonder how Keyla and Alec are, Oh God I miss them so much, why did my father had to go?Why couldn't I stay in DC with those crazy humans, I didn't get the chance to say goodbye in person, just through phone.At least I have made friends of Lydia the crazy shopper and the weapon lover Allison. I discovered her love for weapons when she stopped by a gun shop to buy some stuff for her bow, I have to admit that the knives in that shop were amazing, one of them completely got my attention, it was a silver knife with a dark wood hand...

A voice from downstairs interrupted my thoughts.

Mom- ALIS COME DOWN DINNER IS READY.

Alis- COMING MOM.

I went downstairs to have dinner.

Mom- So this weekend is the last weekend of summer.

Alis- Agh don't remind me that.

Mom- Well I'm sure you are going to make lots of new friends in your new high school.

Alis- Yes, you know school is SUPER fun, at least Allison and Lydia are with me.

Mom-Well, look, you already have two friends, don't worry about it.

Alis-Yes mom...

Mom- Alis wash the dishes and don't go late to bed, I will go to work now, see you.

Alis-Sure mom, good night.

Mom-Good night Alis.

I was trying to sleep when I heard a howling sound, I got up and went downstairs. I got downstairs and I saw the back door opened, in that moment I was freaking out, I decide to go outside and stared into the woods, I knew that something was out there, for some reason my curiosity couldn't let it go, it was like if something or someone was calling me, so i walked towards the woods... I saw something moving, I didn't know what that thing...creature...animal...In that moment I should have known that I had to turned back and go home, to my bed and forget everything, but i didn't, I started looking around when I heard another houl, and another, it looks like at least ten wolves where out there, then I remembered that in biology class we learned that when a few wolves howl together it sounded like they are more than they really are, well that calms me down a bit but not much, something was approaching me I could hear it, but I couldn't see it, I heard a bunch cracking behind me I looked back I saw 5 pairs of blood red eyes, one of them brighter than the rest, I tried to run, but it was to late, the brighter red eye had me by my arm, I try to pull it away from it, in that moment I realised that he looked very "human", what was he?I couldn't even shout before he bit me, then I started to see everything blurry, my body started feeling heavy, then I felt in Morfeos hands.

I woke up, I didn't remember where I was, my arm was hurting when I looked at the bite shaped wound, all memories of last night came back like bullets to my head, the eyes, me running, that man grabbing my hand?, what was all that about?

I stood up on my feet and started to walk home, the sun was already out so it was easy to see my footprints on the ground, it took me some time but I found the way home. Luckily my mum wasn't home yet, I got inside and ran upstairs, opened the bathroom door and started to cure the bite, I started to put alcohol on it and left it like that, it was that moment when I started to realize that it was much smaller than when I woke up in the middle of the woods.
