3 months later
ALI POV:
"I look like a truck." Hanna groans.
"I like trucks." Caleb says.
"Shut up." She tells him, and I giggle.
"How are you so tiny?! You're having twins too!" Hanna yells at me.
"I'm 7 months along, you're 8 months along. And apparently my babies are tiny." I tell her.
"Obviously mine aren't." She groans again.
"Hey." Aria yawns, coming into the kitchen.
"Hey." Hanna, Caleb and me say in unison.
"How are you, mom of only one tiny baby?" Hanna asks.
"I'm well..." Aria says, confused.
"You're also lucky." Hanna tells her, and I shove a piece of toast in her mouth.
"Out something in your mouth beside your foot. It's not our fault you're having twins. You'll be happy once they're here." I tell her.
"Sorry." She mumbles, and continues eating the toast.

Later that night
---
HANNA POV:
We're all relaxing, watching movies, and eating junk, and I get up to go to the bathroom.
I go pee, and flush the toilet, when I notice water all over the floor.
At first I'm confused, but then I realize what it it.
"Caleb!"
"Yeah, babe?"
"My water broke!" I yell, beginning to panic.
Caleb and all of the girls run to the bathroom, and they help me into the car.

HANNA POV:
"Our daughters." Caleb says, holding one in his hand, and rolling the other baby girl over in the hospital bassinet.
I smile, and cry happy tears.
"What would you like to name them?" The nurse asks.
Caleb and me decided on names when we found out they were twin girls. We never told anyone the names though.
I look at the girls for a minute, and decide which name would go better with each baby.
"Charlotte Amara Rivers." I say, referring to the baby in my hands.
"And Kennedy Grace Rivers." Caleb says, naming the other baby.
She writes the names down on the bracelets, and puts them on the girls ankles.
There's a knock on the door, and Caleb puts Kennedy in the bassinet, and goes to answer it.
The girls file into the room, and gasp when they see the babies.
"What are their names?" Emily and Spencer ask in unison.
"This is Charlotte Amara, and she is Kennedy Grace." I tell them.
Spencer smiles, and picks up Kennedy, cradling her in her arms.
"I'm going to wash my hands." Aria says.
"Oh, right." Spencer says, and gently places the baby down, and goes in the bathroom.
"That's why I brought sanitizer." Emily says, and I laugh.
She picks up Kennedy, and snuggles her into her chest.
"Oh, new baby smell." She sighs, smiling.
Charlotte starts whining, and I nurse her.
"You should probably nurse Kennedy, too." Ali says.
"Yeah." I agree.
"Let me hold her for like 2 minutes." Spencer begs, stepping out of the bathroom.
Emily hands her over, and Aria comes out, and also gushes over the baby.
"I'm going to the bathroom." Ali says.
ALI POV:
I go into the bathroom, and just as in getting up, my water breaks.
"Shit." I whisper.
"Em!" I scream.
"Yeah?" She says through the closed door.
EMILY POV:
"My water broke!" Alison yells.
"Good thing we're in the hospital." Caleb says, and Hanna glares at him.
"He's right." I say, before going in the bathroom.
