*9 months pregnant*
Emily POV:
"Wake up, babe." I hear Alison's angel voice say.
"Uh, no." I mumble.
She sits into legs, seeing as she can't sit on my stomach, and straddles me.
"Please..." She whispers into my ear
"Please no." I whisper
I open one at and look at her, and she has a mischievous smirk on her face.
"What?" I ask sleepily.
She puts her hands on my thighs and starts rubbing my legs to my core.
"What are you doing?" I ask as I chuckle.
"What?" She asks innocently.
I feel something, but I can't quite place what it is because Alison is distracting me.
She continues to rub me, and smirks.
"What?" I ask confused.
"I make you that wet?" She smiles.
Then it hits me.
"No!" I say a louder than I intended. I see a look of hurt in her eyes, and I panic.
"No! That's not what I meant. I meant-" but my talking gets cut off by my scream.
"Emily?! What's wrong?!" Alison asks worriedly.
"I meant-I meant my water b-broke!" I scream as the baby kicks.
Alison immediately jumps off of me and calls out for Spencer.
"What's wrong?!" Spencer asks, running into the room.
"The baby!" I yell.
"Oh. Oh!" She yells, and runs over to me.

Alison POV:
"It's a boy!" The doctor exclaims.
I smile down at Emily, and she smiles back up at me.
We both have tears in our eyes as we see the new baby in person for the first time.

"What's his name?" Spencer asks, gushing over the new baby.
"Elliot Kenneth DiLaurentis Fields." Emily tells all of them.
"Eli for short." I say.
"Okay. My turn to hold him." Aria says, going over to Spencer and the baby.
"Oh my goodness. Look at you." Aria says, smiling.

1 month later

Hanna POV:
"Hospital! Now!" I yell as I wake Caleb up from his peaceful sleep.
[...]
"Okay. Here comes baby number one." The doctor says, and I push.
"It's a girl!" The doctor exclaims over the crying.
Caleb and me smile at each other.
"Okay. Now time for baby number two." The doctor tells me, and I push again.
He grabs the baby, and smiles up at me.
"It's another girl!" He tells us, and me and Caleb both have happy tears in our eyes.

Alison POV:
"We. Are. Home." I hear Hanna groan sleepily as Caleb carries two infant seats inside.
"Baby!" I hear Charlotte exclaim, as she runs down the hall to Hanna and Caleb.
"Say hello to your new baby sisters." Caleb says, and faces the car seats towards Charlotte.
A few minutes later, Kennedy and Chandler come running down the hall.
"Phoenix Skye Rivers." Hanna says, pointing to the baby on the left.
"And Dylan Ashley Rivers." Caleb says, pointing to the other baby girl on the right.
