EMILY POV:
"My water broke!" Alison screams.
"Good thing we're in a hospital." Caleb says, and Hanna glares at him.
"He's right." I tell her, before going in the bathroom with Alison.
"Will someone call a nurse!" I yell.
A nurse rushes into the room with a wheelchair, and helps Alison up to sit in it.
We rush to the delivery to welcome our babies into the world.
"how far along are you?" The nurse asks us.
"7 and half months, with twins." I tell her.
"Who's your doctor?" She questions.
"Dr. Bedwell." I tell her.
"Okay. I'll page him." She says.

"Welcome to the world, little guy." I say, gushing over the 6 pound baby boy in my arms.
"And you, too Princess." Alison says to the dark haired 5 pound 11 ounce baby girl.
"What are their names?" Dr. Bedwell asks.
"This little guy is Anderson Wayne DiLaurentis Fields." I tell him.
"And this tiny girl is Emerson Estella DiLaurentis Fields." Alison says.

ALI POV:
We asked to be in the same room with Hanna, and the nurse said it's fine.
They wheel me in, with my babies behind me.
"Oh, my gosh! Look at that hair!" Spencer says, admiring Emerson.
"I know!" I say, smiling.
"She has the perfect hair for hair-bows." Emily smiles.
"Meanwhile, my babies are bald." Hanna says, laughing.
"Donate some?" She adds.
"They can still wear headbands." I say, rolling my eyes and laughing.
"2 more months until our baby is here." Aria says, picking up Anderson.
"5 babies! That are only 2 months apart. All in one house." Caleb says.
"At least the house is big, and our bedrooms are soundproof." Spencer says.
"Yeah." Caleb replies, looking at his wife and two girls.
Caleb picks up Charlotte, and cradles him in his arms, putting her close to his chest.
Anderson starts whining, and I pick him up, gently placing him in Alison's arms.
She starts to nurse him, and then Emerson starts whining.
"Shhh..." I say, bring the baby close to my chest, and gently rocking back and forth.
She stops crying, and I lightly kiss her forehead. I look down at her, and see she has fallen back asleep.
I gently place her back in the bassinet.
