Birthmarks & Lucky Kisses || S.K. [hc/dr]

A/N: this was literally the most precious idea when it was requested and i still love it and wrote a small drabble to go with the headcanon.

Request: HIII I hope you're having a wonderful day or night depending where you are 💕 and okay listennnn but imagine before a game or something for good luck you kiss suga's beauty mark every time 🥺

Character Pairing: Sugawara Koshi x reader

- it would have probably started off as a general "calm down, Suga" and give him a little kiss by his eye

- and it would have very quickly become a pre game ritual

- and it would calm him a little bit because it would be such a soft kiss to reassure you're there and that you'll be watching him in the stands (or on the managers bench - there was a self promo & link to the other post in my tumblr version but you can find it a few chapters before this)

- if he's ever nervous just run your hands through his hair and give him quick pecks and kiss his beauty mark

- as  soon as he gets a little kiss by his eye he'll feel better and more exhilarated for the match instead of nervous.

- He needs his lucky kisses okay

"Kōshi, it will be fine, but you might just look worse than Asahi right now" with a small chuckle from the both of you, you continued running your hands through the silver locks of the pretty setter as he took deep breaths, trying to calm with your touch.

It was a big game for the team, everyone was nervous, but the usually chaotic team mother was more nervous than usual.

"You've worked so hard to practice for this set of games, you'll be amazing out there" knowing that you had yet to carry out your small pre-game ritual of a lucky kiss you began to look up to lock your eyes with his soft brown ones. He was starting to compose himself at your words but still wasn't completely there.

Moving your arm that was wrapped around him and the hand that was in his hair, you cupped his face so that he was unable to look away. He closed his eyes, snuggling into the feelings of your hands on his face, his hands reached up to lightly rest on yours.

"You" punctuated with a kiss on the left cheek.

"Will" followed by a kiss on the nose.

"Be" and a longer kiss on his lips.

"Incredible out there..." it was only a small whisper, loud enough for him and no one else, before closing in and giving his birthmark a kiss. He smiled wide at this familiar feeling near his right eye, knowing that he would now be ready for the game. The small pre-game ritual had started very early on in the relationship, how or why? Neither of you really knew. But it made him feel at ease before a match.

"What would I do without you and your good luck kisses? Hmm, darling?" He opened his eyes to look down at you, grinning widely.

"I don't know, Kō. Now, get out there with the team and be my pretty setter!" Moving your hands from his face down to his chest, lightly turning him round to push him over to the others that were starting to form a huddle.

"Will you be staying for dinner with the team later?" He asked, quickly turning before you went to take your seat away from them.

"Of course, now go!" and with one last peck to his birthmark you parted ways, both smiling giddily.

He really did love lucky kisses, especially if they were from you.
