Malleus liked to read in his free time. It was one of his favourite pastimes aside from visiting abandoned castles. Though there was one teeny tiny problem about this pastime of his- most of the books he owns relates to gargoyles in some way or another, it was amusing to find him sometimes getting engrossed in a book about it. When Malleus invited you over in his room, you couldn't help but stare at his shelves a bit- your fingers slowly glossing through the exposed spines. Malleus noticed your sudden interest in his collection, he took it as somewhat of a signal that you wanted to learn more about his beloved gargoyles. "Child of Man, are you interested in learning more about gargoyles? I'd be happy to indulge you." His grin radiated pure happy energy, he genuinely thought you were interested- he made it hard for you to refuse. You just nodded in defeat, Malleus' grin grew wider. He took a really thick book out from the shelf and you suddenly dread what awaits you though, if Malleus was happy- it was enough for you.
