Chapter 8

The first year went by and we were celebrating our first anniversary together. It was different with him. I wanted to get him something special. My friends and I went to town to go shopping. As we were window shopping, I spotted him and I knew he saw me. His friends were about to greet me, but I pulled my friends away and walked off. I was glad that he didn't say anything.

Dialogue:

At the shopping district

Yuna: this looks nice, right?

Yukino: hmmm. yeah, I'm still not sure what to get him.

Chihiro: I'm sure we'll find something.

Yukino: yeah*sad*

Spotted each other

Kenji: wait guys, isn't that yukino?*starts walking towards yukino and her friends* Hey, Yuki... *pauses* Yuna?

Yukino: *ignores; grabs onto her friends and start walking back to school* (inside: Avoid Touma at all cost. I don't wanna stir up trouble before mine and Senpai's anniversary)

Chihiro: ehhh! Nani, yukino?

Yukino: we have to get back soon. It's almost time for our club meeting.

Chihiro: Oh yeah! I almost forgot.

Yuna: *turns around and spotted the group of confused highschoolers* Yukino...

Yukino: let's come back on friday.

Everyone agrees

Yukino: (inside: I'm glad that he didn't approach me. Damn kenji...)*sad*

Later that night

Yuna: you wanna talk about what happened at the shopping district today?

Yukino: Not really...

Yuna: *angry and glares*yuki!!

Yukino: I saw him today... he was with his friends.

Yuna: really? Was he the one trying to say hi?

Yukino: no...

Yuna: then who was that trying to greet you?

Yukino: him? That's kenji. We cool.

Yuna: Do you and kenji still talk?

Yukino: No, not that much? Why? You interested?

Yuna: No! *blushes*

Yukino: Okay*sarcastically* He's single. Just letting you know. (inside: Kenji is a good guy. I need to apologize to him.)

Yuna: *face turns bright red* good night!
