Chapter 10

Mamoru's Jealousy

As we were walking back to the dorm, the atmosphere was heavy. I wanted to clear the air, but didn't know what to say and didn't want anyone else to be there. So I waited until we were alone. I told him what happened and he told me that he fully trusts me. But he was still jealous. I reassured him and he smiled and hugged me.

Yukino: mamoru senpai?

Mamoru: ...

Yukino: I'm sorry. I didn't mean for any of that to happen...

Mamoru: ... I'm sorry too. I didn't want you to see me like that.

Yukino: mamoru senpai protecting me like that, was really cool.

Mamoru: *blushes and smiles* Do you know him? Was that the guy you told me about?

Yukino: yeah... that was touma... but I swear, there is nothing going on between us. We don't talk anymore.

Mamoru: It's ok. I trust you, yuki... *smiles* but I was still jealous. It seemed like there was a lot of history between you two.

Yukino: yeah... *looks away*

Mamoru: you at the shopping district today, right? What did you get?

Yukino: *smiles* your gift. you didn't peek at your gift right?

Mamoru: nope.*laughs*

Yukino: lies... *pouts* 

After the eventful day had passed, we had yet to celebrate our anniversary. The next day we spent our anniversary together. Senpai had the whole day planned out. He took me to all of our memorable spots and during dinner we exchanged gifts.
