Courtney convinces me that I should go. I get there but I don't feel so happy so I decide to leave early.
Courtney: Where are you going?
Me: Home
Courtney: Do you want me to come?
Me: No you stay here and have fun.
Courtney: Are you sure?
Me: Ya positive.
I leave and go home and go on Instagram. I see someone wants to follow me by the name of RossR5. I go on his profile and ask him who he is.
Ross: Uh my name is Ross.
Me: sorry do I know you?
Ross: Yeah I'm in your history class.
Me: Sorry.
Ross: It's ok.
Me: What's your number?
Ross: Me?

He's super cute. We spent the rest of the night talking and I told him everything from my best friend telling me she likes Miles to Miles rejecting. He was so sweet and understanding.
The next day Courtney came to me and told me that Miles and her were dating. My heart drop to my stomach as heard the words come out of her mouth.
Me: Well I'm happy for you guys.
Courtney: Are you sure?
Me: Ya I wish you guys all the best.
Later when I got home I texted Ross and told him.
Ross: Do you want to go get a coffee?
Me: Ya sure meet you there at 5
Ross: Ok
I get ready to go and meet him there. We sit down and start talking then we see Courtney and Miles.
Courtney: Maya is that you?
Me: Yup and this is Ross he goes to McKinley too.
Courtney: Oh... Did we interrupt something?
Me: No we're just talking.
Courtney: Well I'll call you when I get home.
Me: ok
Ross: Was that Courtney and Miles?
Me: Yup
