Chapter 8 : Hinata Tells Everyone

After this exciting news Hinata goes home and sleeps totally forgetting that he didn't mention to his team where he was going.

Daichi and Suga were worried and everyone was off beat with one another. With Hinata's disappearance the whole team questions their goodness if they didn't have him. But they would be in shock not knowing what they were about to find out about their "cheerful" middle blocker tomorrow.

( Hinata's P.O.V. )

I went to school changed into my practice outfit and anticipated when it would be a good time for me to tell everyone I'm transferring to Yachi's class. But surprisingly no one has spoken a thing to me. I'm one of the last ones to go out the changing room and enter the gym. Once I entered Daichi asked me where I was for practice last evening.

Hinata : " I have something to tell you guys, I was gone last practice because I spoke with the principal. "

Now that I had everyone's attention I will start to tell them.

Hinata : " I asked Principal Shelley if I could take the test again and transfer classes. Hesitant but still willing she gave the test to me and I got a 100 percent and starting today I am going to class 5A. "

Yachi : " OH MY GOODNESS YOU'RE GOING TO BE IN MY CLASS ! "

Hinata smiles and sheepishly answers yes

Suga : " What hold up I never knew you were smart academically !?! "

Yachi by now was hugging and twirling around Hinata saying they were going to have the best time ever.

Tanaka : " How ?? I mean you're smarter than all of your Senpais ! "

Nishinoya : " That's great Shoyo ! But how'd you become so smart ? "

Then suddenly everyone could feel a deadly atmosphere surrounding Kageyama.

Kageyama hadn't said anything to Hinata or really glanced his way for a couple days now.

As Kageyama stomps his way over to Hinata his expression was grim and mad.

Kageyama : " How come you're so perfect now !? It's like . . . IT'S LIKE I DON'T EVEN FUCKING KNOW YOU ! "

Hinata could feel the aggression in his voice while his eyes started to swell up with tears he finally spoke. With a shaking body he tried to explain.

Hinata : " Well you see I lied to all of you guys about my junior year, I am indeed extremely smart in all things math,science, and logic while being relatively smart at anything else. So for this brain that I had people often excluded me from their friend groups and didn't want to associate themselves with the . . . school's nerd who kisses up to teachers. "

Suga : " So the pills were a lie ? "

Hinata : " Yeah. And so I was bullied severely everyday for nearly 3 years they would . . . "

Hinata came to a stop and everyone could tell that he was choking on his words. Hinata was crying now. While tears were dripping off his face like an endless sea lived in his eyes Kageyama was still upset that he got lied to by his best friend.
