Today was like any other day. Boring and slow. I get to work and was greeted by Namjoon, "Good morning Emma!" I smile at Namjoon and go to the break room to get ready. I hated the mornings, I'm just not the morning type.
After working for about an hour Lucas and a girl walk in. I smile to see Lucas, but when I seen the girl my heart stopped.
"Ah nice to see you Emma!" He said cheerfully. I fake smile, "What can I get you today?"
He looks up at the menu, "I would like an ice coffee, and she would like the same thing!" I look over at the girl that was smiling at me. She seemed sweet. She was really pretty.

After making their coffees I hand it to them and they sit down. I watch them. I don't know why I'm being like this. He's just some boy I met off the streets. He's nothing special.

The whole day has gone by. It started raining this afternoon. My favorite, the rain. I look out the big window in the front of the building watching the rain come down. I was interrupted by Namjoon, "Hey Emma. It's time to go home." I look back at him and nod. I grab all my things and leave.
On my way home I do my usual, put my headphones in and walk. No one was out today. I was basically the only one walking. The rain started coming down harder. I felt the cold rain drops hit my face. Then ahead of me I see Lucas and that girl crossing the street. Him holding her hand and running with her. They looked happy. It made me sad... For no reason. I felt a warm tear slide down my face.
I shouldn't be crying over him.
