Chapter 4: Jokers plan

John made his way up to Sera who was patiently waiting his arrival on the roof. The sky was incredible. Perfectly clear. No clouds no planes no nothing.

John then looked over at Sera who's eyes reminded him of the sky. He was calm and patient thanks to her.

She may not know it but he is grateful for Sera and he was glad to be her friend. John grabbed his bags and made his way to his next class before lunch.

Sera followed him as her classroom wasn't far away from his. John made his way to his next class history. He grabbed his pen out of his bag and tried to relax.

He was nervous but the talk with remi helped him out. Knowing they were hopefully going to go along with it was a huge relief. John was so focus on though he didn't realize the teacher was talking. "-and the samurai fought with honour and respect" John's teacher was lecturing everyone about samurai. To be honest samurai were amazing fighters and John was a huge fanboy of them when he was younger.

He always wanted to be a superhero or a warrior. He was going to fight with honour just like the samurai.

It was time for joker to do his part. The school bell rung and all the royals immediately evacuated everyone from the area and took positions. "Remember arlo don't be arrogant if we lose we lose" Remi spoke to arlo trying not to caught any attention.

"Same goes to you blyke". Remi Arlo Blyke and Isen were awaiting Jokers arrival.

Arlo nodded at Remi as if to say it's going to be okay. If what you told me truly were John's words then I trust John will do the right thing. Silence filled the entire courtyard as the crowd began to grow.

Sera texted John telling him to come and watch the fight he replied back saying okay that was his que to step in. The silence was broke by Jokers powerful footsteps hitting the courtyard floor.

He walked with confidence, hands in his pockets as if he wasn't worried at all. Joker nodded at Remi and Arlo signaling the beginning of the fight. Remi immediately flew at Joker trying to land a hit of the start but he dodged easily. Joker copied remi's ability and sent a medium powered shock at arlo forcing him to use his barrier.

John copied Arlo's ability too and now all he need was to play it safe and pick them off. He decided to start with Remi.

He charged at he giving her a winding blow to the stomach and then he picked her up and put her against a wall. He placed a barrier around her and kept it there for the rest of the fight. This was Jokers plan. Blyke shot a beam at Joker to distract him while Isen came up behind him to try and land a hit. Joker blocked copying both their abilities, he had won. Sera watched Joker carefully. "Hes going easy on them" she could tell by the way he was hitting them.

There was barely any blood and they weren't being brutalized like Jokers last victims. "Maybe he knows them?" Sera was just guessing at this point.

She was confused as to why Joker would do this. "It doesn't make sense that Joker would bully the mid tiers. They couldn't touch him they only go after me and John" then she realized John wasn't here yet. "No it's not John he hates the royals so he wouldn't be sparing them".

Meanwhile John was busy taking out Arlo. He tackled arlo to the ground a whispered sorry in this ear before giving him a light punch to the face. He then put a barrier around arlo to ending the fight. Joker had taken out all the royals and claimed himself the king. Everyone was silent and shocked.

"Our school is being ruled by that monster I think I prefer asslo", "for all we know hes not even part of the school just some random freak beating people up for fun" rumours spread quickly to the entire school. Joker dissapeared into the school and the royals were set free defeated but odly okay with the outcome.
