CHAPTER SEVEN

"CAROLINE wants to meet you,"Gideon said, softening.  

"Yeah cool that would be great," Lucas said over enthusiastically, and it was obvious.  

"Well Hi!  I'm Caroline.  I heard from Gideon that you are ,new transferred student " she tried to sound kind and jolly.  

"Oh well yes I am " Lucas added swiftly.  

"Then how do you know Luna? " she added quickly.  

"Well she is my benchmate so…"

"Then why do you act like you know her so well " she interrupted quickly.  "You see I was her friend so I know what type of person she is " she tried to sound pitiful.  

"I don't care how she is,  all I know is that, I'm her benchmate and I'm soon gonna be her friend,  now if you will excuse me "and he left.  

"How impudent!" she frowned and left.

The next day too, Luna was absent but no one seemed to notice ,except for one 'Lucas ' . He kept on staring at her empty desk everyday.  It was now already a week that Luna was absent and Lucas began to worry.  For CAROLINE, she seems to be happy with or without Luna,  she didn't seem to care even a little for her,  nor did she ask others about Luna.  Lucas quickly turned to Andrew.  

"Do you know Luna's address? " asked Lucas.  

"Why?  ofc I know and in fact everybody knows "

"I need to know it's urgent, can you tell me? " 

"You are not planning to go there.  Are you?" 

"Well I guess I am " he whispered.  

"If you are going then watch out for her dad, in case " Caroline interrupted quickly, turning her back.  

"Are you eavesdropping us?  " Andrew asked with a smirk.  

"Well duhh!!  I'm right in front you "rolling her eyes.  

"Well,  I'll be leaving then " Lucas added.  

"Say hi, to Luna from me " CAROLINE added quickly as Lucas was leaving.  

And he frowned.

It was dark,  really dark and foggy,  and it was cold.  

"I hope this is the right Address " Whispering to himself in,  cold.  "It's really cold here, I wonder how she lives here." 

And suddenly he arrived at the gate,  he saw a huge house just like a Castle.  

"She sure is a princess " and he smiled.  

"But how am I to enter , the gate seemed to be closed " and he looked at the castle searching for her.  And there she was right in front of her room ,with her long white gown staring at the moon,  and he kept on staring at her "So beautiful "whispering to himself.  Luna looked down as soon as he was leaving to her room,  and she was shocked to see him.  They kept on staring at each other , for a moment she was happy but she was also scared if her dad comes, to know.  He waved at her with a smile. She quickly came down running.  

"What are you doing here? " she asked as soon as she came down.  

"Woahhhh.. your house is huge " laughing in joy, like he was happy to see her.  

"I said,  what are you doing here? " she repeated.  

"Ahmmm.. well I just came here since you are my benchmate and classmate, just to give you some notes " 

"I don't need it, you can leave now " and she turned her back to leave,  as she was leaving he hold her tightly.  

"Wait Luna, actually… ."and he looked at her hand,  it had scars on it.  He was shocked to see, but he smiled.  

"I guess fate wants to be on our side.  Hi!  Draven " and he smiled with joy.  

She turned slowly as soon she heard her username,  she was literally shocked "Rompusloop? " 

"Yes, it is me " and he kept on smiling holding her hand tightly.  

"Warm!  so warm " she said to herself . And they kept on staring at each other.
