°CHAPTER 10°

The next day Amber was getting for her college, she checked her phone and saw almost 100 calls and text messages from Mina, she called her
*on call*
"God, where were you, I texted you and called you but why didn't you answered?!"
"Were you dead?!, did something happened to u?!",Mina bombarded Amber with questions
"God Mina calm down I was with Taehyung last night"
"Taehyung? What were you doing with him?"
"I'll tell you when we'll meet in college"
*At college*
"Tell me all the deets now!!", Mina exclaimed with joy
"Okay okay...he invited me at his house for his birthday"
"Wait...really?, you didn't told us"
"Yeah I know...I forgot"
"Well he could've invited me and Jimin too....rude", Mina rolled her eyes
"He doesn't like much people", I replied
"Why tho?"
"I don't know Mina"
"Did he confessed to you?!", Mina's eyes bloomed
"No..stop it Mina", Amber chuckled
"Sooo did u gave him something as a gift?"
"No..I didn't even knew he invited me to his birthday"
"Come on let's go and buy a gift for him after college...what do u say?"
"Yeah nice idea "
Amber didn't saw Taehyung today at college...it made her a bit sad, even a glimpse of him was enough to make her happy.

The two girls went to the mall after college
After a lot of struggling to find a perfect gift for Taehyung they found a small gift shop they decided to take a look there too
They entered the shop, the shop was filled with interesting antique things
Mina and Amber were rummaging through the stand until one thing caught Amber's eye...it was a snow globe...but there was a devil and a woman's figurine inside it instead of bride and groom
"Weird"
"What?"
Amber showed the snow globe to Mina
Which had a Crying devil and a dead woman in his arms...the devil looked defeated and sad...
"What is this thing?",asked Mina
"That's it...I'm buying this ", Amber made her decision
"You sure?", Asked Mina
"Yeah it's unique like him", Amber smiled at the thought of Taehyung

The girls went to the cashier to pay
He was an old man
"Do you know the legend behind it?", he asked the girls
"What legend?...it's just a snow globe with a devil and a ...uh..woman..probably dead", Mina scrunched her eyes.
"Well there's a legend behind it which inspired it's maker to make these figurines", old man said
"Can you tell us the legend?", Amber asked
"Some people believed there was a devil who loved a human girl, they were madly in love with each other, but that devil had no control over him and he killed his love and she died happily in his arms", old man explained
"What?", both girls said in union
"You young generation won't believe it..but its true", he looked serious

"So...couldn't he turn into human?, Amber asked
"He could've died, If he did", old man snickered
"As far as I know...devil needs soul ...so he should be happy to have his love dead...why is he crying?", asked Mina curiously
"Well young lady, I don't know about it much... you wanna pay for it or not?"
"Yeah..yeah here you go"
