°CHAPTER 11°

Next day , Amber entered her class hoping to see Taehyung...but found his desk empty, she waited for him...but no sign of Taehyung
"Hey?"
"Oh hey Mina"
"Did you bring his present?
"Yeah...I also  bought some chocolate for him"
"Aww that's so sweet", Mina cooed "Is he here?"
"No...not yet..I'm waiting for him"
The girls waited for him but he didn't showed up
"Why didn't he came to school?"asked Mina
"I don't know...he was absent yesterday too"
"Don't you have his number?"asked Mina
"No... and that's the most annoying thing".

It's been 3 days since Taehyung showed up, Amber was getting worried
"What if he's sick?", she asked Mina
"Probably...then you should go and visit him.
"Yeah I'll visit him".

After college Amber went her home, took a  bath and got ready for going to Taehyung's house...she bought a bouquet of flowers for him in the way

She rang the bell and got greeted by his sad mother
"Oh my Amber", she hugged her ,"I'm really happy to see you"
"Thank you , I was worried for Taehyung, it's been 3 days and he hasn't come to school "
"He's sick", a tear fell on Mrs. Kim's cheek
"I thought that and brought him some flowers"
"You're so sweet", she smiled..."he's in his room"

Amber knocked the door
"Come in", a voice came from inside
She opened the door and there she saw Taehyung half lying on his bed under his covers drinking some kind of  herb soup, he looked at her

He was paler than before , dark circles surrounding his eyes, he looked weak
"Amber? , what are you doing here?"
"I came to see you ,I thought you were sick and-"
"Why are you standing at the door...come in" he said and patted on his bed for her to sit
She sat beside him "how are you feeling now?", she handed him the flower bouquet
He took the bouquet and placed it on his side table
"Much better,thank you ", he smiled
"Get well soon" and he nodded
"By the way how did you got sick?"
He looked away from her and his smile faded
☆FLASHBACK ☆

AAARGHH,the creature growled, flapping it's large wings to fly, but it couldn't, because the other soul took over him, his fangs appeared and wings vanished, it had lust for blood , it was about to attack the lady in front of of it to suck all of her blood , but the wings emerged again , with an urge to fly

"V!!", HyeShin screamed in hope as if it will listen to her and come back to it's senses..It was in the air touching the ceiling of the room, but the wings disappeared again and the boy fell on the ground with a thud

"V!, V!, my boy , my baby wake up!", HyeShin weeped and took her son into her arms
"M-mom , I-I can't take this anymore", he barely said
"I know my son , I know, everything's gonna be fine we just have to wait for the right time", she sobbed
He blacked out, she cried alot seeing her son in such torture and injected the potion in his body.

He smiled again ,"It's just the change of wheather...I got flu", he looked at her
"Oh uh-yeah...I know it's too late for this..but here you go", she handed him the gift bag
"What's this?"
"It's your birthday gift, I wanted to give it to you soon, but you didn't came to college, so I got worried and thought you must be sick...and look at you here lying in the bed sick", she weakly smiled
"Haha, anyways what's in it?"
"Some chocolates and something for you to find yourself "
"Ooohh", Taehyung excitedly open the box , he looked like a child who got his favourite candy
"Woah", he laughed "what's this?", he asked as he looked at the snow globe
"It's unique right?", just look at it , it has the figurines of a devil and a woman with a sad music,instead of bride and groom", "actually I couldn't think of something  better so I bought this...you didn't like it?"
"You talk alot don't you?" He said while observing the snow globe
"What- I uh- sorry", she looked down in embarrassment
He chuckled..."I liked it...in fact I loved it", he said
"Really?", I'm relieved",  she laughed
"It's inspired from that legend of devil...right?
"You know about that?", Amber asked curiously.
"Mmhmm", he nodded
"I didn't knew about it, the shopkeeper told me, It was pretty interesting...but I couldn't understand one thing"...she was puzzled
"What?"
"Why did he killed her?,if he loved her...so he shouldn't have killed her and if she died so he should be happy right? ,cuz devil needs a soul ,Then why is he sad? , devils needs soul...don't they?"
"Are you sure that's a one question?", Taehyung teased her
"Will you explain me?", she rolled her eyes
He laughed ,"Yes they do, but he didn't killed her"
"What?"
"It seems like you don't know the true story" Taeheyung's expression turned dark
