Good morning hon. Mom greeted.
Leaving already mom?
Yes, I was going to after I put those in your room. She nodded to the folded clothes and shoes on the sofa.
Thanks, Mom. You're the best. I'll put them in my room myself. I hugged my mom and kissed her cheeks.
Ok, I'll go then.
Mom, did you see my note? Yes, hon. She replied and left.
I went to the sofa and picked up the clothes they smelled fresh. I remember my shoes; I turned my gaze at my shoes and immediately checked if it was fine. I sighed in relief when I saw it as good as new. Mikaela will not stop with her guilt trip if I ruin this.
I went to the kitchen and smelled the aroma of blueberry. I am not a fan of blueberries. Why do I treat Sofia so special anyway?
She is just some girl. I thought to myself.
Don't you fucking dare say that? Another voice shouted inside my head.
I rolled my eyes. See what she's done to me? I am going crazy.
Smells good. Mikaela chirped in walking behind me. I turned around to see she was dressed to kill.
Going out?
Hmmm, to LA be back the day after tomorrow.
Yah don't touch that! I scolded when she tried to take one of the blueberry pancakes.
There's a lot. She complained. And I even brought clothes to your damsel in distress. She continued.
I don't care! You can have eggs, bacon, or plain pancakes. Tch! I half yelled.
Fine! She gobbled some and ran off. Ba-bye!
God, you have no etiquette at all. I said but she was gone. I heard some footsteps and turned around to address my guest.
There are clothes in the black paper bag. I said pointing at the shopping bag resting on the sofa. You don't have to worry because those are new and have already been cleaned. You can change into them now or after you eat. Your choice. With all the things I've said, I got not a single word from her but only an apprehensive look.
Come, let's eat. I tried again motioning to the kitchen. She just crossed her arms and arched her eyebrows. Damn, how tough can this woman get?
Look, I took you here because one, you were so drunk and it would be a bad idea to leave you all by yourself. Two I don't have keys to your house. Besides, if I knew you'd be this mad I would've let you sleep on the couch. It's not like I did anything to you. Damn, I even placed a pillow between us and I moved as far away as possible from you. I have no idea why you ended up hugging me because I was still on my side where I slept last night. I explained and she blushed.
Now, come on! This time she finally obeyed.

Sofia**Did you make blueberry pancakes for me? She asked in disbelief. I shrugged and laughed at the same time.
In your dreams, Frances was the one who made those. I explained.
Frances?
My mom. She said and winked.
Where is Mika?
On her way to LA.
What about school?
What are you, our mom? Natasha asked back. Sofia glared at her to show she wasn't in the mood for this.
She sighed. She'll be back the day after tomorrow.
But... she cuts me off.
She has her ways.
I nodded remembering she was at the party last night too. It would be sucked to travel with a hangover. I commented.
What made you think she had a hangover?
She was at the party too, so yeah. She shrugged.
Yah, I was at the party too, but I don't have a hangover unlike someone here. Tch! Mikaela thinks about her well-being not to mention that Markus was there too. She nagged, and I glared at her.
I have a reason so shut up! I crossed my arms in my chest defensively.
Yeah? What reason? She asked raising her perfect eyebrows. I avoided her gaze. How can I tell her it's technically her fault because she made me furious for running off just to have sex with Stella?
What are you, the police? I said trying to avoid the conversation.
Do you have any aspirin? My head hurts. I complained.
You shouldn't take any drugs, just drink a lot of water and rest when you get home. She told me and I pouted.
But my head hurts. Besides, I am not asking for a dangerous drug or something. I bet you just want me to suffer. I blurted out.
Who's to blame? She questioned me. I continued to pout, and she stared at me for a second then shook her head.
Well, at least I didn't do something stupid. I mumbled while massaging my head. She looks at me with amusement written all over her face.
Yeah, nothing at all. Aside from the fact that you called me names and threw up on me. I looked at her wide-eyed.
I did not! I argued but not entirely sure.
Did too. She replied amused.
I... I am so—
It's fine, you don't need to worry.
Can I ask you something?
You already did. Shot it.
Natasha, are we friends? I asked her to remember last night.
I continued when she gave me a questioning look. I wasn't sure if we were, and I didn't want to assume or anything. She nodded.
Sure, we are friends. But I'll get promoted soon. She stated winking at me, and she kissed my cheeks.
What? I asked. She laughed and walked back to her room. What the hell did she mean?
