Chou Tzuyu

I still could not believe that I actually survived after the fall I had before.

Right now I was sitting on the same white coloured bed I woke up before.
Suddenly, the door opened again and there she was standing. The same girl whom I met before.

'Hello, how are you feeling now?', she asked with visible concern on her face.
'Yeah, I'm totally good, but... Um... Who are you? ' I asked still not comfortable with my situation. 'Oh sorry I am forgetting everything, I am Chou Tzuyu, the personal maid of princess Chaeyoung.'

So she worked as a maid here.

What am I supposed to do now? I am in an unknown kingdom right now, can't go back to my kingdom at all, because if I go back then I'm sure my father will marry me off to that bastard. Should I just.. Live a normal life over here? People can't really recognize me here I guess, so it will be good start for me.

While I was thinking about what to do next, Tzuyu interrupted me by saying,
'Well, if you are awake and healthy, I would like to know who are you actually'.

I shifted my gaze to her when she said,
' Hey, don't get me wrong it's just I brought you in this castle, so I have to make sure you are not an intruder or something because if so, not only will I lose my job but also my life'.

Well, obviously it was risky to just pick up a girl from the bank of a river and bring her to the castle, so I understood what she was trying to tell and answered her question.

'I am Park Y/n and rest assured I am not at all an intruder, in fact I don't even remember what I am as my heda is hurt because of the incident. But, even if I find out in future that my intentions were not good while coming here, I'll stay loyal to this kingdom who has helped me to survive and gave me a place to stay. '

Hearing what I said Tzuyu smiled and told ,
'So, since you are planning to stay here in this kingdom from now I guess, you should get a job too then.'

I replied , 'Yes, I was thinking the same. Perhaps it would be great if you could help me find one. But if you don't it is okay I'll find one somehow on my own. '

Tzuyu said , 'Hey, no. I'll help you getting a job dont worry. Since I brought you here, you are my responsibility from now on, unless you get a suitor who can take care of you. '

I was amazed by the amount of kindness she was showing, I mean there is actually no need for doing so much for a girl about whom she barely knows.

She spoke further, 'Well, if you don't mind, i would like to suggest you the job of housemaid of the castle. There are many of them in here, but we are in the need of more as recently, one of them resigned. If you say yes, I'll talk to our head maid, she is the one who manages us in the castle. So....., are you up for it? '

The fact that she was willing to do so much for me gave me a different kind of happiness as I said,

'How are you so kind Tzuyu? '

She giggled and said , 'So I'll be Taking that as a yes then. ' and I just nodded at her.

I spent the rest of the day wondering around the streets of the kingdom. She told me that she'll ask the head maid for my job today so I can roam around the kingdom so that I can get more familiar with it. The maid's dorm where all the Royal maids live is near the backyard of the castle. So, when I was coming out of the castle, luckily I didn't face any royalties. Honestly, I am afraid that any one of them will recognize me and send me back, and I have already made my mind that whatever I do, I am not going back to that cage, NEVER.

Talking about the streets of Caledonia, they were beautiful, Better than ours. People were freely talking, moving, running over there. I even noticed some boys playing instruments as well. If it was our kingdom, they would have been thrown down the dungeons. I was never allowed to step my foot out of the castle back there. People didn't talk much in the streets, it was like everyone was there just because of their necessities.

But, things were not this way before. All of it started to happen after my mother's death. As if she took away not only mine but the whole of Edinburg's happiness with her. I never got to know the real reason why my father was actually acting this way. Maybe he was very upset because of mother's death? Or the reason was something else? Well, everything else back there in Edinburg was a mess.

The sun had set already when I returned from my little sight seeing. As soon as I knocked on Tzuyu's door, she opened the door with the speed of light, like she was expecting me. She pulled me inside and locked the door. I got confused by her behavior and was going to ask her the reason behind it when she pulled me in a hug and started jumping. She said,
'Y/n!!! You got the job as a housemaid and when I told the head maid about your condition, she got convinced to pay you higher. Isn't that great? I am so happy for you.'
Oh, so she was happy and excited because I got a job which will pay me good? Why does this place have everything good and perfect? I didn't know about the others but the women standing in front of me was angel.

'Thank you so much Ms. Tzuyu, I will try to repay your good deeds as well.', I said while bowing.

'Hey, what are you doing? It is nothing seriously, you want to build your life again after the horrifying incident you came across to, I am glad I could help and one more thing, from now on you are my friend, okay? So drop the formalities with me as you can tell me anything.', she said.

All this time I was just smiling and nodding at her but all I felt was pure guilt. Here she was being so nice to me and I was lying to her. I didn't want to do any of it but I was afraid that I will be sent back to Edinburg.

Well, I would never go back there and I was very certain of my decision but.. Will I be able to hide here forever?

A/n:So, an update finally. I don't know how many people actually waited for it, but still I hope you like this part as well and all the Atinys over here(if any) please don't come at me for giving Seonghwa such a character, because this is just for the sake of the story, that's it.
