kurapika X reader

This oneshot has no lemon! but I will be posting twice tomorrow bc I posted late today, the next will be a lemon! requested by muffetsdonuts sorry if I didn't write exactly what you wanted!

you were just about to stat making dinner for your boyfriend kurapika, and yourself. Suddenly an abrupt knock came from the front door. walking over to the door you unlock it, you slowly open it to see a cat like boy standing by a much more enthusiastic boy. 

"gon! killua! what are you doing here so late?" you questioned as kurapika peered behind you, scaring you just a bit. 

"well," killua began "we kinda don't have any where to stay right now." he paused, looking up at you as he began to speak. "and we-" gon loudly interrupts killua. "we were wondering if we can stay here for a while y/n!" killua elbows gon in the side and sighs. "yeah." 

you giggle "of course you can stay as long as you like!" kurapika finally speaks "but don't mess anything up." he sighs. 

you widen the door and start to walk back to the kitchen. "I was just about to make dinner too!" you turn your head around. "you boys hungry?" gons face lights up and killua smirks. "yeah!" they say in unison. 

after about forty five minutes the food was done. kurapika had gon and killua set the table, and they impatiently sat, waiting for the food to arrive.

"i cant wait to eat y/n's food!" gon says trying to distract himself. "its always so good!" gon looks over to the kitchen. "ugh, when is it going to be done?" killua sighs. "don't be rude killua!" gon shoots back. before they could begin a fight kurapika lets out a low cough, warning them to stop. they knew perfectly well that you had a mean side when someone made you angry and immediately stopped when they realized.

you walk out of the kitchen holding a pot filled with mashed potatoes, gently sitting it down onto the table. you walk back into the kitchen and bring out rolls, mac n' cheese, gravy, and butter for the rolls. the two boys were almost drooling as the sweet smells filled the room. 

"thank you darling." kurapika gives you a sweet smile with his eyes closed. "thank you!" gon shouts. "thanks." killua lets out a faint whisper, you could still hear it though. "your all very welcome ." you say back to the three boys. once you all ate your fill kurapika and the boys began to clean up for you. 

"don't worry y/n! we can do it!" gon says as you were trying to pick up some plates. "thank you." you cheerfully say back. you took this opportunity to go and take a shower. taking a warm shower really calmed you and you were in a pretty good mood. 

coming out of the bathroom you find the boys wrestling on the ground. you looked at them, now a little agitated due to the mess they were making. looking over to the clock "its 7:30," you sighed. "you guys should be calming down." they looked at you with disappointed looks. "please y/n," gon began. "can we play around longer?" killua looks over to you and to kurapika and then back to you. "please?" killua adds. you sigh and look at kurapika for help. "don't look at me its up to you." kurapika answers to your look. you look back at the two boys and sigh again, "you have until 8:30." the boys look at each other and smile, then looking back at you they both almost yell. "thank you y/n"

you walked back into the guest room were the two boys were sleeping in. you were shocked to find them both passed out on the floor with the lights on and pillows spread around the room. you start to pick the pillows up and place them back onto the queen sized bed, just big enough for the two boys to sleep on together. once you had cleaned the room up you went to get kurapika. "I'm going to need a little help." you say pointing your thumb at the room behind you. "alright." he sighs.

kurapika picks up gon while you pick up killua and gently place them on the bed. pulling the blanket over there bodies and stopping at above their shoulders. you lightly kiss each of them on their foreheads and walk out the door with kurapika. standing in the doorway you look at gon and killua, peacefully sleeping. you turn off the light and head back to your shared room with kurapika.

you almost immediately pass out on the bed from the busy night. kurapika kisses your cheek, "goodnight y/n." he says sweetly close to your ear. "goodnight kurapika." you reply before falling asleep.
